Mr. Kong Korm, who is also a senator from the SRP said, in a statement posted on the Sam Rainsy Party website on 9th July, that he and the majority of the people believe that any political leaders who serve as a tool of foreigners, plundering the nation and oppressing the people , even by using powers and money, will never beat the Sam Rainsy Party and Mr. Sam Rainsy to be the prime minister.
Mr. Kong Korm said: "The SRP is only 13 years old and it is able to double its parliamentary seats, double the elected members of the communes and the level of supports have increased higher than any time. They (SRP members) are not afraid of the political killings, they don't sell themselves out. This has shown that the SRP is one of the biggest parties among the two big parties and it has been proven that, in 2007, in some places, the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) has lost to the SRP. So, with the united stand between the people and the SRP, on the 27th of July, the SRP and prime ministerial candidate Sam Rainsy will defeat the CPP and Mr. Hun Sen."

If the election is held in a free and fair manner, the SRP combined with other opposition parties will win for sure. The CPP will win because they will cheat at the ballot box and at counting. It is time for a change. 29 years of Hun Sen's rule and oppression is enough.

All of them! and they are legal Khmer citizens.
CPP will always win. You know why? Because if they lose, all they will do is find some pretext to declare a coup d'etat against any party that wins the majority and then that's when they install themselves back into the government as the ruling party. That's how they like to play the game. The CPP has control over the military and the national police. Sam Rainsy doesn't.
The CPP are just a bunch of thugs and hooligans who can't play fair and only has courage because they got guns. They can't face being real men.
People forget that CPP is the communist.

13 years old party means, they had 3 years to prepared for the first election, and they failed. Then they have 5 years to prepared for the 2nd election, and they failed. An then again they have another 5 years to prepared for the 3rd election and they will failed again when nothing had changed in the party: Ah Scam Rainxy is still PM Candidate and will be that way forever. The party is still put its interest over the people interest. Its still used people suffering and accusations to try to get up the ladder. With such record, the only place they have any chance to rule is either in Zimbabwe or in Kenya, but not in Cambodia.
PS: Oh, and in the US, hardly anyone try to run for president the second time after they had lost the first time to their rival.
And in America no on will stay in power for more than 8 years, let alone 29 years like Hun Sen. And no one cheat to win as well. and when they lose they leave office peacefully. Hun Sen refused to leave office in 1993 and staged a coup in 1997, cheated to win in 1998 and 2003. And will cheat to win in 2008 again.
