Gen Wichit Yathip, an aide of Deputy Prime Minister Chavalit Yongchaiyudh, said Saturday that he had called and reached an understanding with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Tea Banh over a border skirmish between Thai and Cambodian troops.
Wichit said Tea Banh affirmed with him that Cambodia was not serious about what happened at the border near Preah Vihear Temple.
The skirmish occurred Friday. Wichit both sides thought they were on their soil and did not intend to harm the other.

the thai is full of shit and cambodia have to take care of its armed forces by providing proper uniform so soldiers can be properly dressed, not barefooted or rag-tag clothing, etc... that said, that should not give thailand any rights to violate international treaty, etc...
plus, don't judge the book by its cover! remember, in guerrila warfare, proper uniform does not matter much in the war zone; it is the will to fight and protect cambodia's sovereignty is what matter more. god bless cambodia.

I do not want to talk about this Gen. Tea Banh. But this guy is really a piece of shit from Thailand. I saw him speaking Thai in a conference right after the very first round talk in Last July.
Imagine he is the Cambodia rep negotiating with Thai. He should speak his mother tongue yet he spoke the language of Cambodia's rival. He must be disdressed from his uniform and tossed back into the mother fucker Thailand.
No media state media showing this except the CNA TV (Singapore). All state medias including Samdech One Eye tried to hide this. I wonder if they have brain or their heads are full of shits.
Samdech One Eye, please look into this matter carefully. I know that the Fucker Tea Banh speaks Thai in his family but he must not speak this fucking language when he represented Cambodia especially during meeting with this fucking nation.
