Sam Rainsy to visit floods victims in Phnom Penh On Sunday, 2 November 2008, at 9:00 am, Sam Rainsy and other opposition Members of Parliament will visit floods victims in several places in Phnom Penh. Recent and persistent floods in Phnom Penh are due to the filling in of lakes in and around the capital city in relation with controversial "development" projects led by unscrupulous Korean and/or Japanese "investors" with the support of corrupt political leaders.For more information about the visit please call 012 753 877 or 092 888 003.
