PHNOM PENH — A delegation from the National Assembly’s Council of Ethnic Minorities, headed by its Chairman, Ksor Phuoc, is in Cambodia for a visit started on Tuesday.
The visit was an opportunity to strengthen and deepen the traditional ties between the Communist Party of Viet Nam and the Cambodian People’s Party and the two States, Cambodia’s NA Chairman Heng Samrin said while receiving the Vietnamese NA delegation.
Cambodia hopes to learn from Viet Nam’s experiences in implementing policies regarding ethnic minorities, he added.
The two sides informed each other of the current political and social situations in their countries, as well as their achievements in the work concerning ethnic minorities.
The Vietnamese NA delegation also met with Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister Sar Kheng and exchanged experiences with NA deputies from Rattana Kiri and Mondolkiri provinces.
They are scheduled to pay a fact-finding tour of the western provinces of Pursat and Battambang, home to some of Cambodia’s ethnic minorities communities.

i know, vietnam can't even take care of its own ethnic problem, and now it is trying to pass on the skill to cambodia? perhaps, the blind is leading the blind case!

Ugh this just makes me fucking sick to my stomach. What the hell does Vietnam know about dealing with ethnic minorities other than murdering them? Just look at the history of the Cham, or Khmer-Krom, or more recent are the ethnic Hmong-Lao who are facing a fucking genocide by the Vietnamese invaders in Laos, and the Montognards who suffer just as much as other ethnics under the authority of Vietnam.
Fuck you Vietnam, real Khmers respect our ethnic minorities, we dont need to learn anything from you murderers.
