Yeah, but it is not that easy as it seem, mate (4:23). It is nearly impossible to get a 50+or-20% balance. If you look at Japan, Korea, Singapore, ..., it is never balance. It's more like 80% or more for the ruling party and 20% or less for opposition, ant that is the way thing naturally go. So you can't blame anyone for that.
Power and balance between the parties is not the issue. The issue is the leaders are hesitating to make a change of the domination and want to rule until the last breath.
Although countries in the region; the balance and power are never balance but the leaders always change through vote and respect to the institutions with the exception of Cambodia is the only country that the leader absolutely 100% wants to clinch on to power through fraud for entire life.
There is nothing wrong with clinching on to power. It is rather natural. The opposition will do the same. Just look at the lion pack in the jungle. The dominating male always rule until its dead. Thus, your argument is unnatural.
