The First Phnom Penh court has issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Heng Uy Hok, advisor to Senate President Chea Sim (pictured) who is also president of the ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP), for forging official letters and using fake documents from 2007 to 2008.
The warrant was issued on 12th March by Investigating Judge Chhay Kong for an arrest of 63 year-old Mr. Heng Uy Hok on charges of falsifying official letters and documents. He is also facing charges of conspiracy with Mr. Sor Chung Yun and Sor Chung Te to falsify documents claiming to be partners of Da Moul Il GC Ltd (spelling?).
Da Moul Il Ltd said the above three people did not have any shares in the company, but have falsified the documents claiming to be partners. Now the company has lodged a legal complaint to the Phnom Penh court against the trio.
On 25th June 2008, Judge Din Sothy had issued an arrest warrant for Sor Chung Te, but an arrest warrant for Sor Chung Yun has not been issued yet.
After the arrest warrant, Mr. Heng Uy Hok went into hiding. Currently, it is not sure if he still serves as advisor to the Senate preisdent as he is unable to be contacted for comments.

Chairman of National Assebly and Chairman of the senate shouldn't have any advisor at all because they are only only facilators for the debates in their respective House only. Indeed both house budgets should be splitted into different political budgets so that each party can fud for their parliamentarian works. In dempcracy system, Chairman of National Assembly and Chairman of the senate are nothing. They are not statemen. The opposition leader is No 3 Statemen after the King and the Prime Minister. Every 5 year, we spent at least from $20-$26 millions dollars for general election to choose between two persons to lead the government, the current Prime Minister and opposition leader. Areak Prey, the Senate and National Assembly need some advisors, but not over 100 like Chea Sim and Heng Samrin got. You are right, the PM and the opposition leader are the two most important leaders in the full democratic countries. These two should have more advisors, but again, not as many as Hun Sen has. In the West, opposition leader gets nearly the same salary and nearly the same numbers of advisors as the PM, paid for by the state.
.....and in the West, if the advisors of the leaders, PM or senate or National Assembly chairmen, are involved in scandals or criminal activities, their bosses, whether PM, senate or national assembly chairmen, will be forced to resign. The same with Chea Sim. If he is in the West, he will be forced to resign.

Do you think all of those 12 CPP members of parliament should be forced to resign for breaching the constitution by illegally lifting Mr sam Ransy immunity?

Well, nothing is free. Do you know how much money people spend before they get Nobel Prize?
6:12pm, they spent zero dollar. The recipients of Nobel Prize are nominated by parliamentarian or parliamentarians of any countries, and the parliamentarians are the ones who prepare the nominees' biography to submit to the Nobel Prize Committee who then select/vote among the many candidates. Many of past recipients of Nobel Prize were poor people, so they wouldn't have large sum of money to spend as you have suggested.

You can say that again. Did you see 10 uneducated men just promoted to high ranking by Hun Sen? These 10 corrupted official would have to be going to Vietnam to be reeducated and after that some who are faithful servants will be given big houses and servants in Vietnam. Their children will be married to the Vietnamese who're well trained to speak Khmer and carry Khmer ID.
