Mormon is on eof the richest Church in the world. Morman has too much money, and so Chhay gets a high position. No surpise a bit.

Nothing wrong to do good deeds to help the poor like Suy. Those thugs like Heng Samrin are so corrupted so it is not bad to do that to build and reach out to the poor.
All the moneys donated to the Church are supposed to be used to give to the poors. But many Church leaders have used them for themselve. It is no different to the daylight thieves. In reality, in multi-parties Parliament, Leader or Chairman of the Parliament is nothing. He is only in charge of the meeting of the assembly to make sure that all debates between government ministers and members of parliament are going smoothly. As I have said many times and many times again. After each election, leader of any party who can form the Government will become Prime Minister and the other leader of another party who hold the most seats is the Opposition Leader. The Prime Minister and the Opposition leader are equally Head of State and are deserving the same right and respect from all public servants and international leaders. After the King, the Prime Minister and then the opposition party leader. He would also earn more moneys then any minister of the Government. The parliament should also needs to distribute it budget to all parties in parliament according to their number of seats. THe Chairman of the parliament are not allowing to have advisor at all as he is not having any other mandate than to run the parliament. Only Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and opposition leaders can have advisors for their legal advice. Areak Prey

thank you for your detailed comment, however any one who has money to pay upfront can be adviser in cambodia.
Many positions have been for sale.
That is part of privatisation.
You can buy public power to become your own if you want to.
That is cambodia, until everything sold out. Once you have the prestige title, you can reap what you paid for.
nothing is indestructible in cambodia folks.

Maybe he can work with Mitt Romney, President of the United States 2012.
His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni should be praised for selecting a person of high moral character and integrity. It speaks well of his wisdom and good intentions for the people of Cambodia.
Latter-day Saints (Mormons) are an honorable people, whose religion teaches strict honesty, morality, and service to others. I am sure Suy will serve well and be worthy of the trust placed in him.
I agree with 12:20AM though I am not Mormon but Buddhist. Since Ven Vat Vibol falsefied the history of Khmer Kings, I am ready to make a change for the best for my country and my people. It is not for my self but for my people and my country, Cambodia.
I highly respect the members of the Mormon Churches who dedicated for the world for Peace.
Khmers always blame Vietnamese and Thais for falsefying the history but Khmer monks are worse.
It would not be bad for all Khmers to beconming Mormon if we cannot trust Khmer Monks anymore.
We all are destroying Buddhism, especillay the communists and neo-communists. They literally destroyed the buddhism. They put the bud under it, and give a bad an really dealy bad witness of buddhism in order to destroy it and by ricochet the khmer society.
What they want to do with Christians?
Do they also will corrupt christians to make them bad witness of God?
Beware and be prepared to get your neck broken to the Rock for any of your evil intentions God know it all.
"Do not take shots at anyone's religion."
Mormons are very honest and decent people. The comments that say different are not very educated.
I can see that there many trouble makers in here who blamed Buddhism because of a slight typo of Venerable Vath Vibol and praise Mormon so on and so on...
What fruition that can happen from your your low sense speaking?
Of course, Ven. Vath Vibol is Khmer younger monk who has put his gut and effort to inspire those who are in sleep and never awake.
I admire the gut Venerable Vath Vibol has shouldered.
Don't use Hun Sen style to treat people who voice their opinions.
Khmer Monks supposed to be leaders of our Community and they get to study the facts before broadcasting all over the world.
Why do you blame Kaun Khmers if Khmer Monks falsefied the history of our Kings. King Suyavaraman II built Angkpr WAT not King Jayavaraman VII.
Just because Khmer Monks wear robes like Lord Buddha does not mean they should preach wrong or lies.
Good, Ven Vat Vibol has the gut to do that, we are happy to see that, but he falsefied the history that is a big problem. How can we trust the Monks who falsefied the history?
As long as Khmer Monks don't take time to study the facts, no reason for us to believe them anymore.
Did the Ven Vat Vibol make an error? Then he should correct and repost.
Speaking the truth is trouble makers? Is it how you treat others who speak up the truth as they are trouble makers? If you do then what difference between you and the dictator Hun Sen punshing whoever stand up against his faults.
Yes, if my Khmer Monks suppose to teach Khmer community is at fault, why should we endure this ignorant anymore?
