Harsh stand against Thailand by Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen stemmed from wrong information provided by fugitive ex-premier Thaksin Shinawtra, Chaun Leekpai, advisory chairman of the Democrats, said on Saturday.
Thaksin wanted to whitewash himself and therefore he tried to say that he received no justice and was unfairly treated, Mr Chuan said.
He said the reaction against Thailand was not proper and all Thais must join hands to protect the country’s dignity and justice system.
