My parliamentary immunity was lifted this morning. I feel sad and ashamed for my country's "National" Assembly. This assembly has very little national substance when it comes to defending the nation’s interest such as Cambodia's independence and territorial integrity, and to protecting the interest of the ordinary Khmer people such as poor and vulnerable farmers who are losing their vital rice fields and other farmland for internal or external reasons.
I am only a representative, a spokesman and a messenger for countless victims of abuses and injustices. I am only saying aloud that many things are going wrong in this country, that the current situation is just revolting and that Cambodia is heading for danger and other misfortunes.
In response to my warning and my cry for redress the ruling CPP has found nothing better than silencing the spokesman and eliminating the messenger.

We all know that yuons force Hun Sen to do this and if he doesn’t do it yuons will kill him or put him in jail like they did to Chan Si or Pen Sovann. If we want Hun Sen to disobey Hanoi, the first thing we do is to hit back at yuons, not at Hun Sen.

Under a Dictator Hun Xen, Cambodia's National Assembly is simply a rubber-stamp to Hanoi's decision. Decision is being made in Hanoi for whatever happens in Phnom Penh. Hanoi puppets at all levels: Hun Xen, CPPs, King, National Assembly, Senate, Police, Army, Media, etc.

The real solution is not arms Cambodians against Cambodians, or depending on China to come and rescue. We have been there and we have done that. The "must do" solution is to establish win-win poltical strategy to win the election in 2013 against CPP. That is real democracy.

Sam Rainsy has chosen good place to stay away from those demons
Where Sam Rainsy should go during the court trial and parliamentarian immunization lifting?
The simplest answer is to stay away from those politically motivated and Vietnamese plans.
* In order to shut up the mouth of Cambodians, to threaten, to quickly proceed its encroaching and test its authority inside CPP, Vietnam has planned to put those 6 sticks in the farm land of Cambodians when realized that Sam Rainsy will lead the Kathin there.
* Under its satellite team work, Vietnam has expected to throw one stone but kill two birds: to test its power inside CPP and threaten Cambodian people in the whole country in expressing their opinion regarding border encroachment of Vietnam.
* Vietnam has well perceived that 99% of mass media (TVs, Radio, Newspapers) in Cambodia are owned by the CPP to effectively manipulate Cambodian people.
* CPP has tried to degrade political popularity of Sam Rainsy by demoralizing as runny away (or hit and run) etc. But major Cambodian people have realized well the biased court, politcally motivated court of Cambodia government, and the human rights violation of Cambodia prison.

I against your opinion, You must use your political voice to win over CPP by vote or use your vote in Senate or congress win like us to be democratic controle society.
If you use arms, your arms too short, we have our second brothers and sisters' arms near by could cut all your short arms off in 2minutes around Phnom Penh.
Sam Rainsy, since you are french citizen, why don't you ask french to help and to install back your power? or ask french directly to liberate khmer from Hun Sen regime?

Democracy will not work in hostile environment which has been implicated by viet. Without or less corruption cambodia will prosper, and it will be hard to break and conquer cambodia.
If had not been jailing Mr pen Sovan, neither removed SR his position in minister of finance, viet would not have been able to integrate quickly with massive influx of illegal immigrants.
It did help CPP installed in position and induced corruption for further advantage of viet.
Learning from kampuchea Krom, temple is where the risk of having gathering forces of retalliation. Thus, promotion of temple is a buying time and inserted all ready attack spies to destroy any nationalist activities. Meanwhile they have turned buddhism materialist one, where core values of buddhist teachings ignored. Also some appeared buddhist monks committed wrong things, so that cambodians will turn away from buddhism. Properly practice buddhism is the internal force that viet fear for, learning from Kampuchea Krom obstacles they had faced.
That is how viet strategy to break and conquer, and praise PM hun sen as a strongman for killing continue to carry out.
Bear in mind that viet is so manipulative and tricky, some so called smart. Viets were also perceived that way and they still use all possible tricks to convince international communities. But its invasion has been recorgnised by international communities, and PM Hun Sen is the key to unlock that there is nationalism existed.
It is the right time for khmer solidarity.

To avoid being used as tools by Hun Sen to get financial aids from donor countries, Non CPP parties MP should all resign from their posts.

Now it's true and clear, kem Sos was right on to voice for Hun Sen.
No one like Arms struggle but it seems the only way at this time. You guys want to talk democracy? how long has that been? any improvement? besides complaining to Int'l countries and in turn they all condemn in papers. The problems in Cambodia is the Viet is already in the roots. There is no way Raingsy can win by election or so called democracy unless Hun Sen give up and let Raingsy clean house before he takes it back or else China is your only answer - Mark my words - whereas the west, yes, it's good with condemnation in the papers and boycott???? Mr kem sos is right . cpp rules alone in Cambodia, rsp has no aspect of power. Its role is barely symbolic to legitimate cpp regime on international scene and get aids from international community. So better to let cpp rules alone as in polpot time. Rsp wrong policy harms much Cambodia as much itself specially it helps cpp and Vietcong to reach their goal. The question is, does rsp has alternative solution other than to work with cpp as its opposition party or not? Let say, there is always other solution than to break one head against the wall.

I agreed with you 100%, SRP should not help CPP to legitimate from begining. now it's too late to fix just like Sihanouk calculated wrong with Hun Sen in 1993. Finally Hun Sen eliminated King and King Son. Soon Hun Sen eliminate SRP and install Kem Sokha for next tool to be used.

RFA asked Xam RainXy a simple question that "Will he come back to Cambodia to face the Court if Parliament lift his immunity?". He didn't answer the question but at the same he tried to say something which irrelevant to the question, aim to cover up his coward act. What is a funny politician?
Since he pulled off the six poles near Vietnam's border, he always says all along that he doesn't afraid at all if the government sues him, but right now, he can't even step his foot in Cambodia.
As I am often said that Xam RainXy is brave only in front of microphone but in real life, he likes a rat runs around asking other people to help him whenever his political stunt get backfire.

I am so out-raged to learn that Sam Rainsy was pulled his immunity by his own country parliment. This is a slap in the face to all kHMER PEOPLE, while Vietname sit and laugh that Khmer punish Khmer. By striping immunity to Sam Rainsy, it is a clear evidense that HUN SEN and his CPP are WORKING FOR VIETNAM, not Cambodia by punish his own people. This is way too long overdue. Can not waite until 2013 election. By then there would be nothing left. Over 50% of our land is SOLD. Over 75% of our forest is DESTROYED. And too many poor people are dying and suffering.
In addition, if all Khmer poeple in the country don't stand up for themself now; by the next election hun xen will win again due to treathening and cheating the vote like always.

I am a member of an opposition party in the National Assembly. I wonder why Sam Rainsy usually watch out only eastern border? By contrast himself and his owner party never raised about border dispute between Cambodia and western country? Not only this they have closely relationship with and strongly support Thai Yellow. We have never seen a small piece of letter or a word to condomn Thai Yellow whose ruling party has been established by Coup Detat, Abused International Convention and Cambodia Territory.
