As pointed out by Hanoi’s government leader, Cambodian opposition leader Sam Rainsy and three other Cambodian farmers – the latter were summoned by the court to show up as witnesses, but fled – now have their names listed on an arrest warrant.
Even though there is no public announcement for the arrest warrant, an official of the Svay Rieng provincial court indicated that the court had issued an arrest warrant on 29 December against those who were involved in the uprooting of stakes along the Khmer-Yuon border on 25 October. The warrant ordered the arrest of opposition leader Sam Rainsy and 3 other villagers as they are accused of willfully destroying public properties and inciting racial discrimination.
The arrest warrant against Cambodia’s opposition leader is taking place only one day after the court rejected Sam Rainsy’s request to delay his court appearance on 28 December because he is currently busy with his overseas mission. Choung Chou Ngy, Sam Rainsy’s defense lawyer, indicated that the uprooting of border stakes is not a criminal case, but it is in fact truly a political case.
Sam Rainsy indicated that the recent arrest of two Cambodian farmers, Mrs. Meas Srey and Mr. Prum Chea, was an intimidation so that these farmers lose their courage to protect their rice fields encroached by Vietnam. Sam Rainsy said that the real court is not the Svay Rieng court, nor a court in Cambodia, but rather it is in the Hanoi court that he wants to see his case put on trial.

Did they arrest that CPP village chief who shot SRP activist yet? He's on the run right? A killer is on the run and no arrest warrant for him yet!
The king listent to China and was ordered to kill all the khmer intelactuals people, by doing so is to get rid of all the challengers as said that he could be king forever from father to son and it looks like it is working. Right now his son once again is a king. As a result for his son to be as king, it cost 2-3millions lives and still get away from his crimes against humanity. His words blame Lon Nol, isn't he the one who created Lon Nol too?. Lon Nol was a pro USA, The King was a Pro Chinese. Both USA and Chinese hated Viet and used Khmer to attack Viet. So, both the king and Lon Nol were used to inflict onto each other, this is the result for being so stupid. The king job was suppose to be supporter to the prime minster Lon Nol not against Lon Nol. Anyway, the king was being paranoided by Lon Nol, so he used and abused his power. Now, we khmer needs to learn not to listen to outsiders but the need to listen to its people instead. K.inteligent

When China helped the Vietcong to fight American force, China didn't ask the Vietnam to plan the border post again in order to steal the Vietcong land. Instead the Vietcong kicked ass China and Soviet out of their country and now the Vietcong tries to engage with the US as their master.
Now Khmer leaders are so stupid that they embrace the Vietcong by giving the land to their master, Vietcong. Why don't they learn from their master by kicking them out of the country and hold hand with American.
Instead Ah Khmer leaders did the opposite way by giving a lot of land to their master and let their master immigrate and work in all of the government sectors.
Instead they help to crack down or deport their own people to serve the Vietcong interest.
Khmers are so stupid from the King up to the peasant, Hun Sen. No wonder we lost identity and land.
Why don't khmer students and farmers rise against this regime as the Iranian students and their people did recently? Khmer people are ruled by the private families as Hun Sen, Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Sok An, Tea Banch, Hanoi agents, etc...

Sihanouk was a looser polititian,
his son becomes king doesn't mean he politically wins something,
it's just the last choice.
Sihanouk was used by Viets, by Khmer rouges, by CPP and that's all.
It's stupid to blame victim, you should condemn the guilty that are Viets.
Mr. Sam Raingsy and Khmer people pulled wood sticks on the Khmer farm it was not the border markers as the Vietnamese has claimed. The Vietnamese encroachment was too far about 5 kilometers inside Cambodia those wood sticks was planned to destroy Sam Raingsy Party because the Vietnamese spies knew exactly what Mr. Sam Raingsy was planning to do. What ever the Vietnamese Court in Svay Rieng said those wood sticks are not official border markers without the UN, ASEAN and International inspection, monitor, and protect by the UN peace keeper troops. The Vietnamese are the most evil and devil people on earth for not respecting the Khmer sovereignty.
The world and member of the 1991 Paris should be aware that Vietnam is the dictator and coloniser of Cambodia...
This is contrary to the 1991 Paris agreement and Vietnam should be brough to the international court to explain their encroachment on Cambodia territories.....
