i think in rural cambodia, it should be ok to haul like this, however, be careful in the big cities, because not only it is dangerous for the public, it is against the traffic law as well, really!

If you get into an accident scratching or messing up a rich CPP official and/or cronies's vehicle, just run for your life because those CPP officials/cronies will beat the shit out of you if not shooting you mercilessly to death!!!
Take my my word for it because it had happened to me once already! I could have been dead, had I not put on 4th gear and stepped on it....ROFLMAO!!!
