Hun Xen warns SRP leader

PM Hun Xen issued a warning to the opposition leader at a time when a Cambodian court summoned opposition leader Sam Rainsy for questioning about the uprooting of border stakes. Hun Xen indicated that this is a light case in comparison to foreign courts where the opposition party can be dissolved.
Hun Xen made this declaration at the inauguration of a section of National Road No. 1, and the inauguration of the construction field for the next section of this road in Kien Svay district, Kandal province on 05 January.
Hun Xen warned: “They hit us, when we used the court to resolve the problem, they said that we use the court to pressure them! Courts in some countries not only do they sentence individuals, but they even go on to dissolve political parties or prevent politicians from voting. [In comparison,] the Cambodian court is not that severe!”
Yim Sovann, spokesman for the opposition party, clarified that foreign courts can dissolve the opposition party, but these courts are independent and they also arrest corrupt government officials and bring them to trial, unlike what is happening in Cambodia.
Yim Sovann said: “Our court, which the national and international opinions consider as a tool of the ruling party, is used only to tame the opposition party. For us, the opposition party led by H.E. Sam Rainsy at its helm, we are doing everything to serve the national interest, in particular, to protect our territorial integrity that was lost due to the planting of border posts. This is a nationalist action, and it is also an action to help provide justice to the victims.”
Regarding the issue of Sam Rainsy participating in the uprooting of stakes along the Cambodian-Viet border in Svay Rieng province in October 2009, Hun Xen also issued warnings to all foreign embassies in Phnom Penh that are interfering in this case.
Hun Xen declared: “Your Excellencies the ambassadors in Phnom Penh, you should weight and be careful in this case because it is not an ordinary case! Where would the value of the state’s righteousness be for one or 2 people, or small group of people to create such problem?”
Opposition leader Sam Rainsy did not show up in the Svay Rieng court to provide clarification as summoned on 29 December. On that same day, the Svay Rieng provincial court issued an arrest warrant against Sam Rainsy, charging him of destruction of public properties and incitation to racial discrimination.
Up to now, two Svay Rieng villagers are still under detention under the same charges as those used against Sam Rainsy. The two villagers were charged on 23 December and they were immediately placed under arrest following their questioning. The court also ordered three other villagers to show up in court as well.

Hun Sen gives a lot of importance and pays a lot of attention to Sam Rainsy. Is he that afraid of Sam Rainsy?
If Khmers wanted their territory under Khmers control, not under Viet or Youn, first all Khmers must set back their religion into the past (during Angkor period) as Hinduism or Muslim, after that the Viet will be dissappear from the Khmer siol.

Hun Sen always compares his achievements with bad things. For example he compares his regime with Pol Pot regime, he compares his court with bad courts in foreign countries etc
We need the unity in religion-Buddhism rather than Islam and Christianity. Buddhism is the soul of Khmer people. We need the real and consolidated religious leaders who are not politicized and must be neutral. Their job is to teach the Buddhas principles to the public by all means: media and direct places. Their job is not to do a favor for the ruling party or opposition party.
The parliamentary immunity of the opposition MP has been stripped off by the other MPs who take Hun Sen side and who are afraid of his power. They don't do their real job are representatives of the people who voted for them. Power, corruption can blind them.
We all must not forget that hun sen is not educated, handicapped, and working for the big crook hanoi.

One of the reasons behind the killing during Pol Pot's regime was that there were two opposing lines of Khmer Rouge - those who worked for and protected the nation; and those who were brainwashed and introduced by Hanoi to destroy the nation.
Which group was PM Hun Sen part of? If he pretends to belong to the first group, then may I ask why he allows or tolerates the presence of millions of illegal yuon settlers in Cambodia since Jan 1979, and signed several land concession treaties with Hanoi without public consultation?
I hope that PM Hun Sen did belong to the first group, and that he will do everything possible to prove it. Otherwise, he will be seen by Khmer people that he was a true yuon agent; That would be very sad and unfortunate for his children, grand children and grand-grand children.

Most Khmers have no specific religion, they worship every things. State religion is Buddhist, but it's just the name only.
About Muslims, I disagree with you. You know why? Msulim relilgion was created by a guy named Muhammed and from reading his biography, that guy was selected by Satan. Hun Sen sees everything in Cambodia is a one-way street:
- Hun Sen controls Courts.
- Hun Sen controls the National Assembly and the Senate.
- Hun Sen controls the Opposition parties(minus SRP + HRP).
- Hun Sen controls the media.
- Hun Sen controls the Police.
- Hun Sen controls the Army.
- Hun Sen controls Markets.
- Hun Sen controls the institutions such as schools, religions, etc.
Hun Sen still thinks he does not have enough control yet, until he gets to level of the Burma Junta. Then Hun Sen can proclaim himself a real Dictator of Cambodia or Cambodia Junta. Soon Hun Sen will be a new Than Shwe of Cambodia. Just wait and see!

You are the most dumb Khmer person in this blog. Buddhism has been practiced for hundreds of years and everywhere in Cambodia by our Khmer ancestors. If you are such a dumb ass, don't try to show off ignorance. Let me say this: If some religious ideas of what you're referring to look or sound the same or similar to those of Buddhism, which came before Bible, then the later ideas had been stole from the former. And don't foolishly think that Buddhism exists only in name and not in practice in Cambodia. If you do, you are spiritually blind. I believe you read the wrong history. KRs existed long before 1975. Read it again, will ya? The idea of abolishing monarchy existed since Pol Pot, K. Sampeung, Ieng Sary, Hou Nim, Hu Yun, and many more, were students in France. The KRs activities started in late 1967 and went on and on.

i have a question for you.
why do you support the khmer rouge regimes (ah pol pot and/or ah hun sen) who's kills 1.7 million innocent khmer peoples and counting?
if i don't get answer from you and/or if i'm not 100% satisfy with your answer, i will continue to post this question every time you post bad comment about democratic party (SRP) who is defending khmer peoples and khmer territories.
hun sen can dissolve himself but he will NEVER, NEVER, be able to dissolve any party. This is just a threat with no substance.
Instead Hun Sen will beg Sam Rainsy to come back. When he runs to meet brickwall with Thailand and needs Sam Rainsy to talk with Thailand.
Sam Rainsy has never feared to make a mess in Cambodia because he always realised on his last resort is writing a apologise letter to Hun Sen, but now, thing is changed and the door is locked.
There are two things that Sam Rainsy has to decide:
1. Goes back to Cambodia to faces the Court and prepare himself goes to jail if the Court convicted him.
2. Give up politics and keeps living in France as long as he likes.
Some analysis already said that Sam Rainsy is not brave like Mrs. Aung San Suu Yi in Burma. He is the runner, but not a fighter.
