Cambodian government official indicated on Monday that the SRP party president could be sued for distributing documents claiming that the Hun Xen’s government closed its eyes to the loss of Cambodian territories to Vietnam in Svay Rieng province.
Tith Sothea, the government advisor and mouthpiece of the Press and Quick Reaction Unit (PQRU) of the Council of Ministers, declared: “The government will think about the means to prevent the distribution of any false information that affect social order.” Tith Sothea added that this decision will be made after the court hearing on Sam Rainsy’s case on 27 January.
Regarding this issue also, Phay Siphan, another parrot of the Council of Ministers, could not confirm whether the government will sue Sam Rainsy or not, but he said the proofs provided by Sam Rainsy are not correct.

tith sothea and phay siphan are just barking machines for cpp; thus their oppinions don't count. Such a blanket statement made by these guys holds no water. They have no counterargument at all to repute sam rainsy's evidence except to babble irrelevant comments, which serve no purpose. Let me dissect the cpp's attempt to discredit the opposition's legit evidence. first, the so-called quick reaction unit isn't quick at all as its name seems to imply; it took the cpp two months to come up with this nonsense. As you can see, the cpp offers no credible justification to the border encroachment by the viet except to throw some jabs at sam rainsy. It is no surprise that the cpp has revealed its incapacity to repute the evidence.
The rejection of King Father to meet Sam Rainsy is a sign of control that CPP has over Royal Palace. It is undoubtedly that Sam Rainsy want to show evidence of Vietnamese encroachment to King Father, the only person he hopes can help him out of trouble from Svay Rieng Court.
How clearly the evidence Sam Rainsy has prepared, he could not challenge Hun Sen as the only strongman in Cambodia.
Shamelessly CPP State official that brought up none senses and clueless to troubles Ransy.
No wonder why thirty years passed ,Cambodia look like another hell in Asia.
Please let the next generation ,that a bit wiser than the old bulls ,because if Cambodian keep all the old bulls there don't even dream that Cambodia can win the youn slave systematic or Thai war.

The fact the CPP claimed that SRP that the information given by SRP are "false" why dont the CPP release all signed documents with Vietnam and those recently done by Hor Numhong?
The lack of enquiry by the CPP show all Cambodian that they DON'T CARE ABOUT CAMBODIA LOST OF TERRITORY TO VIETNAM? this may be the case if the CPP and Hun Sen are selling Cambodian land to Vietnam.
If CPP ignore our territorial lost to Vietnam. We cambodian will not have a long future, social unrest and order will arise not because of Sam rainsy false documentation as claimed by the lost of our fellow Cambodia land to Vietnam.
Please note google map are GPRS positioning, if it incorrect you will find everywhere around the each country will be in dispute with another. Here and today this dispute was a clear encroachment by Vietnam on Cambodia and the CPP government are ignoring our territory. We don't want any government who is incapable of protecting out territory by land, sea or air.
So if the CPP have proof of what is the correct demarcation please release it.
I'm suspecting CPP official and Hun Sen is selling Cambodian and private lander owner land to Vietnam. Hence that is why they gaol all those farmers and landowner and Sam rainsy for showing them the illegal activity by Vietnam and the CPP government. We need to take this matter to international court and settle this once and for all.
By the way if there were and Vietnam lost of Territory to Cambodia why hasn't anyone from Vietnam raise their concern so we can take this matter to the UN international court and trace where exactly out board begin and end?
do not expect this problem is going to the international court. the only party who can bring the case to international court is the government, not opposition party.

i think sam rainsy is right when it comes to our border being encrouched by greedy viet/youn thugs looking for easy way to stake claim as if they are still in the dark ages! however, if gov't is bring the case up is probably has more to do with sam rainsy take his own action without following proper state's protocol on complains, etc... i think that's what they were saying, not much denying that viet/youn, if ignored, will surely encrouch illegally into cambodia's territories, etc... we all know this from history, really!
