Can't these people, who are in the power,understand that laws applies to anyone in the country regardless any ranking they are holding onto.Particularly,laws is not belonged to anyone or any party.
Having been in power for so long,CPP's official should recognise the intention of the laws and its application.Unless they believe that the country is belonged to CPP and not to any ordinary cambodians.
I wonder why it has been so long to produce 25 pages anti corruption laws???.

CPP is a smartest political party in Cambodia.
First of all, CPP have no image and dishonoured after 1993 eclection.
Second CPP partner with Funcinpec to fall Khmer Rouge Organization,
then partner with Khmer Rouge to fall Funcinpec and many small parties to strenghtening themselves on 6-7 July 1997 coup D'etat.
Third CPP uses buying, afiliating, infiltraing, and breaking method on any party to join them while new party is created such as Khmer Republic, Khmer Love Khmer, Khmer M'chas Sok, HRP etc...
Finally, CPP every well known all those tiny party have nothing to fear, but Sam Rainsy is Killing Star ( Sam Rainsy chea Pkay ansa) Hun Sen. CPP must make and find ways to destroy Sam Rainsy' Image at any view and any cost...
This the Vietcong strategy that have tauch and indoctronated CPP since early 1950 period to win over Sihanouk, Lon Nol, Pot Pot, Son Sann, Sak Sotsakhan, In Tam, Ranariddh as thier political opponents .
How all oppositions party to fall CPP in 2013? If not Cambodia will get closer and closer to Champa III.
