The stinking governemt couldn't even stop people from dumping trash freely. Let alone provide clean water. That is the stupid joke anyone ever heard off.

Let King Sihamoni come to visiting Daun Try or Battambang city more often. That will get cleaned up fast :)

Why everything need government to do it. Why not the villagers and local community get together and do the clean up. This is not hard to do. Get the student involve and educate local population to not polluting the river. Don't throw their trash in the river.

I completely agree with 9:22 PM. Local people are the source of pollution and they are also the source of solution to this problem. It's not hard to organize and clean up their community and stop illegal dumpings. They better stop counting on this corrupted government to do anything meaningful for them. They should take care their own destiny with their own hands. To be honest about it, there not much the government can do about it if people don't care about their own well beeing.... Wake up people! Don't let your kids swim in dirty water. Keep it clean, ok?

Shit man!!
