In the end, 3 SRP MPs reached the Cambodian-Viet border in Ponhea Krek district, Kampong Cham province in the morning of Wednesday 23 June. The 3 SRP MPs from Kampong Cham, who were accompanied by reporters, reached border post no. 125 and 128 which were already completed. Without talking about the border posts per se, MP Mao Monyvann indicated that he just received information from local villagers saying that border posts 126 and 127 which have already been surveyed lead to the loss of lands within 3 Cambodian villages.
3 SRP MPs: Mao Monyvann, Cheam Channy and Mrs. Thak Lany, along with a group of reporters reached the Ponhea Krek district, Kampong Cham province, and they also visited border post no. 125 and 128. Furthermore, information provided to the SRP MPs by local villagers indicated that problems are occurring with the planting of border stakes for post no. 126 and 127. Mao Monyvann claimed that some villagers told him that there was a group of officials who came to survey the location for border post no. 126 and 127, and if, in the future, the authorities from the two countries will plant the final border posts at the surveyed locations, then Cambodian territories will be lost in 3 villages: Preah Sre village, Anlong Chrey village, and Thlok Trach village, all located within the Ponhea Krek district, Kampong Cham province.
Mao Monyvann indicated that: (1) SRP MPs asked the government border committee [headed by sVar Kim Hong] to publicly announce the list of coordinates for border post no. 126 and 127, so that they can be compared with the map to see whether they are located correctly or not; (2) SRP MPs from Kampong Cham will send a letter to Heng Samrin, president of the National Assembly, to tell him about the local villagers’ concerns, and to ask his authorization to allow all 18 MPs from Kampong Cham province from all political parties to visit the local villags by themselves.
Regarding these issues, sVar Kim Hong, senior minister in charge of border, explained that, first of all, regarding the SRP MPs’ request to announce the list coordinates for border posts in Ponhea Krek, ever since he started school, he never saw such a list in his life [KI-Media note: sVar Kim Hong is lying, please see a list of border points publicly listed in the 1985 treaty concluded between the Heng Xamrin puppet regime and their Viet masters]. Secondly, regarding the survey of border post 126 and 127, sVar Kim Hong, the alleged border expert, indicated that for these two locations, there is no agreement made with Vietnam yet, and that experts from both countries are still discussing about them.
According to reporters who traveled to the spot, as well as according to SRP MPs themselves, the authority did not harass the visitors during their trip to the border with Vietnam in Kampong Cham province.

60 years after that horrify atrociousness against Jewish by the Nazi, the subject is till now and then an awful taboo - Why then? Is it because that horrible crime is overtly and directly committed in collective with that consent and complicity by so many nations ‘say’ civilised, intelligent who self claimed as superiors of all? - A real communal duty for French as for Hitler and others anyway.
During that period not less that 76 000 Jewish in French were pointed, listed by French authorities. They were then denaturalized, isolated and eradicate all rights and possessions with the mutual complicity of French authorities. Then with consent and release, French had delivered those Jewish to Nazi. But French did better, they even arrested those little child whom were not been requested by the Nazi and sent them together to the died camp of Auswitz. After the liberation of the died camps by Army rouge in Jan 26 1945, only 2500 of them were alive. Even though it was in 1995, 50 years after, that French is timidly recognised their crime against Jewish people.
A well strange miracle day, today not less than 45 State leaders united at Auschwitz to commemorate the 60th birthday of the liberation of of Auschwitz together. Not less than two millions women, men and child were perished in that died camps Auswitz in a most atrocious and lamentable inhuman condition.
Chirac had personally travelled to Auschwitz to visit the camps with Simon veil and as usual with the sea of sweet talk and promis he formally condemned the crime committed by Nazi and promised to fight against any criminal act.
Of course, it would be a too human and kind gesture to be real from a French politician like Mr Chirac or Mr De Gaulle because while Mr. Chirac is pursing his tear of crocodile at Auschwitz camps, he and his French continue to lead a well fierce policy against Jewish, against USA and against other poor nations around the world in all its form and shape in the name of political or economic interest whether the imperialist dream or rights of exploitation of natural resources.
In a recently speech addressed to its members at UNO siege, Kofi Annan firmly denounced the atrociousness against Jewish and regretted the inability and incapacity of UNO in stopping the recent genocide against Cambodian people, Armenian people or Rwandan people…..etc..
But Mr Kofi Annan; what to do while most of those horrible crimes against humanity whether in Asia, in Europe or in Africa are incontestably and indirectly or indirectly provoked/committed by the highest and permanent members of the UNO itself as China, RUSS or French ….etc… for imperialist rival, ideological conflict and exploitation natural resources.
What is UNO then?!!!!!!!!! - United Nation occultism of genocide/crime where the criminal explore the most modern and wise ways to kill other for their interests?! - An institution of the intelligent criminals where the most powerful or influent States unit to commit and clean their crime ..?!!! What is UNO for then? Where is the credibility of such organisation Mr. Kofi Annan?
Stop that crime against humanity and that cleaning crime institutions Mr Kofi Annan!

None of them speaks out on the border issue with HANOI.
Why not Hun Xen, instead of Ly Diep, who's supposed to visit Khmer/Yuon border? Ly Diep is just journalist, professional or unprofessional is not a big deal, becuase those Khmer journalists in Cambodia, who might be proffessionals and real Khmers, don't write any better than Ly Diep, and plus Ly Diep is not the puppet of Yuons.
If the King didn't deliver any message from Chinese leader to Triet, King is certainly used by Triet to speed up his imperialistic attempt over Cambodia. It exactly through the propaganda of "friendship", "good neighbor" or "cooperation" etc.
The Triet's word about "good neighboring" is useful for Vietnam only as Cambodia has lost competitiveness to Vietnam in all fields:
1. Cambodia has no investors and contingents in Vietnam at all. But Vietnam has pursued full potential in both political, social and economical collateral in Cambodia.
2. Cambodian illegal immigrants to Vietnam have been repatriated mercilessly, but illegal Vietnamese immigrants in Cambodia have been taken care very well by the Cambodian authority, including seeking an appropriate land for them to resettle.
3. Khmer Kampuchea Krom people have been neglected by the King whose pseudonym is Father of all Khmer Children, but his trip to Vietnam left his children in Khmer Krom in a dark position.
4. King's visit to Vietnam is coincident to the pressing issue of border markers and border encroachment which opposition leader has been trialed as well as the farmers have been jailed...so indirectly King's visit this time is to intensify the punishment of those Khmer compatriots.
5. Every aspect of political changes in Cambodia is unusually favoring Vietnam at the expense of Khmer's death for its future such as "paying gratitude to Vietnamese soldiers who come to liberate Cambodians from Khmer Rouge" which this phrase has become a well-known propaganda in Cambodia among youths and some unknown people to vote for the CPP. Of course, the international communities and the UNs have already condemned that the presence of Vietnamese troops in Cambodia was the invasion, not the liberation.
All few aforementioned points critically displays the unfaithful "good neighboring" repeatedly mentioned by the Vietnamese leaders.
King Sihanouk and Hun Sen have been failed into this trap unconsciously. While King Sihanouk visited Vietnam, Hun Sen has been fooled by his intelligent advisers about the main cause of the war originated by Lon Nol's coup detat. Hun Sen's statement is just part of his blindness because he didn't realize that his speech is to make more divisions among Khmers, and it will benefit more to the foreigner.
Lon Nol has been already dead like Pol Pot, but why Hun Sen has used these two regimes as the pretext to the media and public curiosity? Of course, the coup detat was not Lon Nol only. It was the trend of the cold war, and Lon Nol had become a tool of this trend. If Sihanouk didn't escape to Russia and China, how can Lon Nol be able to defy him? If the US didn't confront with the China and Russia in that situation, how can Lon Nol be able to attain a coup? If Southern Vietnam didn't incorporate with Lon Nol, how could Lon Nol be able to accomplish the coup? -- all these critical thinking and seeking things outside the box must be inserted into Hun Sen's ears from right to left, and from left to right several times.
This example can apply well to the issue of Pol Pot. Pol Pot came to power because of the help from Vietcong and China. This is the fact! The atrocity committed by Pol Pot is not worse than those perpetrators whom created the Pol Pot at the beginning.
Hun Sen is just the top divider among Khmer compatriots. He is a jerk of foreigner. All his speech is rational for Kmeng Wat and uneducated mad dogs only. His irritating speech to Surya Subedi, the representative of the UNs is unacceptable among Khmer intellectuals. But only those monkeys in the power who have applauded Hun Sen.
The ignorance of Hun Sen will disclose more facts until the land of Angkor Borei are totally controlled by the smarter people.
