I am ashamed:

Of the 1st Sihanouk’s Monarchy:

• Coming to the throne on October 28, 1941, celebrating the Independence of Cambodia (with its surface reduced by 1/3) on November 9, 1953, after having accepted submissively the territorial transfer of Cochin-china (or Kampuchea Krom: 80 000km2 ) by France to Vietnam, on June 4, 1949!, Sihanouk had got a cheek to be made called Father of Independence!. ( I was born on June 5, 1946, the year when Cambodia still owned Cochin-china !) . By duty and love over the Motherland, Khmer people living in Cambodia, overseas or inside Cochin-China have already engaged their legal combat against Vietnam to recover Independence of this lost territory. On June 4, 2010, they have commemorated the 60th anniversary of the loss of Kampuchea Krom. Cochin-China will recover its Autonomy and Independence, and that peacefully, because UN, France and Vietnam have to legally restitute this territory to Cambodia ! Kosovo, newly independent, had more difficult road in its Liberation than Kampuchea Krom. One name has to be recalled in this combat for the Liberation : Thach Ngoc Thach, President of Khmer Kampuchea Krom world Federation.
• After having fought at the side of the Khmer Rouge Pol Pot, and then became their 1st Head of State, and generated nearly 3 million victims, Sihanouk again became King of his 2nd monarchy and then handed the throne over to his son Sihamoni . His unique goal is to keep, by all means, Monarchy and Throne for him and his family. The Khmer people – including their democracy, liberty and justice- does not count for him (3 million victims). Independence of Cambodia, the loss of its territories and the Vietnamese colonization do not worry him anymore. After his abdication, toadies shamelessly honored him by the title of The Great, Divine and Brave King ( Preah Moha Vireak ksatr) ! He still remains free and unpunished in his crime of genocide! The height of absurdity is that this 2nd Monarchy continues to chant its national anthem demanding Gods to save his King!
• Currently, thanks to Sihanouk, Vietnam and former Khmer Rouge Pol Pot revolutionary people party continue to control Cambodia . They help Vietnam annex the big portions of Khmer territory and pouring in million of Vietnamese immigrants. This year, the party criminal of genocide renamed Cambodian People Party ( CPP) commemorates the 59th birthday of its creation ( in June 28, 1951, in collusion with Ho Chi Minh, already named as the late Asian neocolonialist leader by free and independent Cambodians )! Under the rule of the totalitarian CPP puppet of Vietnam, Cambodia will inevitably experience a 2nd national catastrophe.

Of the 2nd Khmer rouge Sihanouk-Hun SEN ‘s Monarchy:

• Although the Constitution stipulates the multi-party as system of government, dictator Hun SEN and his clan run Cambodia like their private property , and consider CPP as single party holding all arbitrary powers , over Cambodia and its people. Democracy cannot survive in this state, due to all public institutions so-called independent and neutral are controlled by CPP and Hun Sen (army, police, military police, tribunal, anti-corruption authority, National Council for Elections, civil service…).Until now, he has arrived to maintain in power and serve Vietnam, by using all means : coup d’Etat (5-6 July,1997) , successive electoral frauds, using all state institutions for the benefit of CPP……He’s already targeting 2013 legislative elections victory at all costs! As soldier and then commandant in Pol Pot regime , Hun Sen has participated to build and consolidate this regime for 35 years long. He couldn’t become a credible promoter for Cambodian Democracy . Anyway, he will not have it! A fundamental question is raising : under this Vietnam’s puppet institutional base, should political opposition take part in coming elections that only will be used to consolidate Vietnamese hold over Cambodia?.!•By his role of Vietnam’s puppet, Hun Sen incarnates a dictator both like communist Stalin and like capitalist Pinochet. Khmer and foreign mafia find in him the protector having defended them, allowed them to plunder richness of Cambodia and making them gain money without respecting the rights and laws of the country. By his communist behavior, Hun Sen have eliminated or ousted nationalist and democrat politicians from his road in order to serve with impunity the Vietnam interests and those of his political and familial clans.
• Accepting submissively the territorial annexation of Cambodia by Vietnam, flouting the October 23, 1991 Paris Agreement , scorning the will of Cambodian people asserting country’s territorial integrity, the marionette Hun SEN threatens, in advance, Khmer resistant to manufacture them coffins. Let us recall that Hun Sen and his CPP have arrived to cede territories to Vietnam by the 1979, 82, 83, 85 treaties and the treaty of October 10,11,12, 2005 added to the treaty 1985.While clinging to the throne and the power, Sihanouk, Hun SEN, Chea Sim and Heng Samrin are already considered , during their lifetime, by free and independent Khmer people , as traitors of the nation! Why these traitors did not give people freedom to liberate Cambodia from the Vietnam’s clutches, just by abiding to Oct.23, 1991 Paris Agreement?
• By toadying to the Monarchy, puppet khmer state decrees days of holidays to celebrate the birthdays of Sihanouk, his wife Monique and his son the king Sihamoni ! And the people have to worship three new Great CPP’s Sdachs : Hun Sen, Chea Sim et Heng Samrin, and without forgetting to venerate Chumteav Bandith Bun Rany Hun Sen… That makes me fell nauseous! I hate this 2nd monarchy, because it is making this Kingdom loss its territories to Vietnam. Personally, I don’t appreciate the King Sihamoni, due to his weakness in protecting his Kingdom’s Independence, and not assuming his role of guarantee of Cambodians’ justice, democracy and liberty. I am sick of Hun Sen, a former Khmer rouge Pol Pot soldier becoming leader and Prime minister of Cambodia since 1979, by force, frauds and thanks to Vietnam that obliges him to do by all means to legally cede the Cambodian territories to Vietnam. If he does not dare lift his finger against Vietnamese imperialism, why does not he leave courageous, capable and competent Cambodians fulfill this duty in his place? He’s realy the dictator and traitor to the Khmer nation! In this specific case, democracy alone could really help the nation to change policy. Because, only international settlement can bring Cambodia Integrity and Independence solution. Hun Sen, Chéa Sim and Héng Samrin couldn’t militarily recuperate Independence of Cambodia and Khmer territories lost to Vietnam and Thailand, even though by adding ten gold stars to their titles of general. So. CPP and its three chiefs turned out to be harmful and useless for the Cambodia future. Perhaps many Cambodians have had right to believe in uselessness of participating in successive elections in Cambodia by political opposition parties. All have already been installed and settled by Hun Sen and Vietnam to obtain overwhelming final victory. Even if with 50% +1 of seats in the National Assembly, CPP could do legally it would like. Because, by miscalculation, Sam Rainsy party had voted this condition in the recent Constitutional reform.
• In some democracies, the law limits up to two the number of the country President’s mandates. In the other, thanks to good functioning of democracy (with free and fair elections), people could vote as sanction against outgoing president. That’s the double guaranty for the good functioning of the democracy. The fallen president, nonetheless still continues to keep respect from people as former President. In France, people could vote for socialist Mitterrand in a previous mandate and do for non communist Chirac in the next one. Is Hun Sen capable to understand this functioning of democracy, although he had been a former Pol Pot Khmer rouge soldier? o Celebrating January 7th, date of invasion of Cambodia by Vietnam, as the day of their victory, is only used to make forget the Vietnamese aim of Cambodia annexation. The free Cambodians rather consider October 23th as freedom and national sovereignty day recognized by UN ( the Paris Agreement of October 23, 1991, legal base of all social, political, democratic and frontier settlement with the neighbors, signed by 19 participating countries including Vietnam, requires the respect and the re-covering of the Khmer territorial integrity flouted by Vietnam after its invasion of January 7, 1979). So, to recover independence of Cambodia, without further ado,the people have to rebel against Sihanouk, Hun Sen and Vietnamese leaders…by abiding to the Paris Agreement of October 23, 1991. Otherwise, it will be too late! The fight against Vietnam to liberate Cambodia don’t mean Cambodian are racist, terrorists hating Vietnamese! Cambodian and Vietnamese must live freely, independently, respectfully of mutual interests and in harmony as neighbors.
• Judging and condemning Sam Rainsy, the leader of the SRP party , for 2 years of prison , with charge of removal out provisional wooden post marking fraudulently future limit of Cambodia -Vietnam border. And that, because Cambodia is marionette of Vietnam, and the Khmer court is not independent. Sam Rainsy, in his name of lawmaker and leader of a principal opposition party, has well carried out his duty, like many other Cambodians do , to recover Cambodia’s Independence from Vietnam. •Judging and condemning for about $ 4000 of fines the Sam Rainsy party lawmaker Mu Sochua, with charge of defamation against Hun SEN ( and not the contrary !). And that, because the Khmer court is not independent. At the beginning, there was the verbal outrage of the PM Hun Sen at TV prompting the sue from the lawyer Mu Sochua. From this Court, without money and power, people has no hope to receive justice. Mu Sochua should not to pay fines nor to go in prison ! To put an end to this injustice, people have to rebel against the injustice of tribunal and Hun Sen! Mu Sochua , in her name of lawmaker of a principal opposition party, has well carried out her duty , like many other Cambodians , to claim Independence of Khmer judiciary system.
• Encouraging, protecting and decriminalizing the corrupted leaders , and distributing a profusion of antisocial , scorning and haughty titles of Ek Oudom, Oudom Seney,Oknha, Lok Chum Teav, Samdech, Bandith( honorary title of doctorates without attending university ), they try to acquire suspicious honorary titles. They have no more honors in morality. ! It doesn’t surprise me that most Cambodians, by hatred reaction, call them by insulting terms ever used in our Khmer language: A…MI…in stead of Ek Oudom and Lok Chum Teav !o Threatening and luring members away from their political opposition parties with a blow of dollars to gain voices in elections and to cling to the power
• Where politicians , of the different sides, shamelessly change their political parties, just to have official positions which allow them to take part in the feasts of the corruption and to fill dollars in their pockets!.
• In all institutions (Government, National Assembly, Senate, Army, Police, Gendarmerie, tribunal,Administration, civil servants…), they build groups of A Mey A Thong (sycophants) composed of Ek Oudom, Oudom Seney, Bandith ( without attending university), Samdech, Lok Chumteav... without soul and conscience, deaf and blind to the people’s aspirations. And they haughtily take the titles of traitors to their nation! They make their people ashamed in the eyes of the international community! The day the liberation wind is turning up, these Amey Athong will return their coats and are getting more democratic, more independent, and even more ultra nationalist than all we are ! In the ruling party, I look at and listen with incomprehension and disgust to Khieu Kanharith, Tith Sothéa, Phay Sithan, Khieu Sopheak, Chém Yeap….defending Hun Sen, CPP, justifying even treason, corruption, oppression, violence! . If Cambodia have today lost Independence, Justice, Liberty, Democracy, it’s also because of them!. Three million of Pol Pot ‘s regime victims were not only the crime from a dozen of Khmer rouge leaders. They were the result of zealous and collective execution by thousands of thousands Khmer rouge grassroots .

In summary:

• In domestic policy, our leaders are dictators against their people. In foreign policy, they are idiots and imbeciles voluntarily persist to remain traitors to their nation and slaves of the Vietnam! History repeats itself again in Cambodia : by choosing China and Vietnam, with his unique political party of Sangkum , Sihanouk sealed the loss of Cochin- China for the benefit of Vietnam, and signed the genocide of millions of Khmers. Today, with Hun Sen, former Khmer rouge soldier triply dupe of Pol Pot, Chinese and Vietnamese communism, and very thirsty of power, Cambodia is again loosing portions of its territory for the benefit of Vietnam which every days pours its immigrants like torrential rains in Cambodia in order to colonize this country. The two dictators, Sihanouk and Hun Sen win power. Vietnam expands its territories. Cambodia is dwindling away. And under the Hun Sen’s dictatorship, Cambodians live under injustice, without freedom of speed and demonstration , and that since 35 years long : that’s 2/3 of the Cambodian’s life expectancy ! Naturally, such a regime is to be thrown. Change of country’s leaders is not bad in itself: it’s even the expression of the Democracy. It’s rather good for people. What’s the tragedy is those ousted leaders , like Sihanouk…, commit crimes out of revenge against their people, following their legal destitution!
• The Kingdom’s motto ( Nation, Religion , King) remains useless. Firstly, its leaders do not care of national Integrity and Independence. Secondly : Cambodian leaders politicize the Buddhist religion. There are different branches of Buddhism. Buddhism pro-CPP and pro-Vietnam represented by the monk Tep Vong. Buddhism pro-monarchy has the monk Bou Kry as its chief nominated by Sihanouk. Another insignificant branch represents the traditional Khmer Buddhism. In short, by building many more temples and pagodas, Khmer population does not find more jobs. Politician leaders have their interests in thriving Buddhism and expect gaining more voices in elections. Thirdly, the King cannot assume his role Constitution assigns to him.
• 35 years after the genocide, the Vietnamese and Cambodian Communists leaders have continued to consider Khmer people as imbecile, by persisting in tracing fraudulently borders for the profit of Vietnam. So,leaders of the two countries maintain there a bomb with delayed-action: the war of liberation of Cambodia and Cochin-china will be necessary and obligatory. It will surely set ablaze Indo-China! And nobody will be able to prevent it! The Khmer People Liberation for Independence, Democracy and Justice must not be considered internationally as terrorism!.
• 35 years after the genocide, the Cambodian Diaspora still have no right to vote in principal elections, abroad in Cambodia embassies. These diplomatic places are like the private property serving the interests of the men and women of CPP and not those of the Khmer people. And, inside Cambodia, Vietnamese people have been offered their identity cards to vote and help Hun Sen overwhelmingly win all elections! The practice of this democracy has been distorted by the communism and the Vietnamese immigrants.
• At the national level, the government cannot reduce poverty by charity. It could be structurally resolved by the social policy of redistribution of the country richness to the social categories who are in need. It’s their rights. By receiving a krama and some kilograms of rice from the government, the poor cannot become richer! Just a little relief from hunger! Therefore, the government should not mix charity with politics. Otherwise, it would be of the demagogy following in Sihanouk’s footsteps! Currently, CPP can spread interested and politicized charity thanks to its generalized corruption. And they use all institutions (Boy-scout, Cambodia Red Cross, pagodas, army, government, parliaments, tribunal, police, gendarmerie, administration… ) for the political purposes! What’s very spectacular in this society is the abyssal and unimaginable gap between the rich and the poor. Furthermore, the rich are those having the power or joining their force with men in power. The poor have to sale off their daughters to provide for their families. Their poor sons, without education and unemployed have recourse to delinquency to survive.
• Pol. Pot, Sihanouk and Hun SEN (accomplices of the genocide) use the same strategy of communist propaganda , by praising their hyper perspicacity, hyper intelligence and hyper infallibility toward the people , just to maintain themselves indefinitely in the power. But, history is there to refresh theirs memories: Pol. Pot was swept out after 3 years 8 months and 20 days of dictatorship. Sihanouk was deposed on March 18, 1970. Hun SEN, although he’s trying at all costs to cling to the power until his 90 years old, by fear of being caught, sued and judged for his various crimes once ousted from the power, he isn’t either an immortal leader. If he does not accept to abandon the power by the will of the people, he will inevitably be taken out by force. And the personal, familial catastrophe will be enormous!. Building roads, schools, and renaming them after their names: did they do that to redeem themselves from bad conscience of corruption, association with bad doers and of spoliations of the country’s richness? Anti- corruption Authority is under supervision of Hun Sen and Sok An, the two most corrupted in the country. And, it is running by Om YenTieng, the Hun Sen protected. The CPP’s clique really consider Cambodian people as imbecile!.
• For unity, Khmer nation (including Khmer opposition politicians) have four fundamental arguments: Cambodia’s Independence, Justice, Liberty and Democracy. And in its sacred fighting, the nation has three enemies in face : Vietnam, CPP’s communism and Monarchy that represent beyond all doubt the cancer of Khmer nation. Only Oct. 23 , 1991 UN-Paris Agreement can protect this Nation !.

I am proud:

• Cambodians all azimuths, as well inside as outside, openly denounce, with contempt but with honesty, without fear or complacency , the treason policy and the actions of Sihanouk, Hun SEN and those accomplices( or A Mey A Thong ) in the Government or in the Cambodia border Authority, the functioning of democracy, the dictatorship of the power, the injustice , the non- respect of the Human rights and the generalized corruption… They all represent Khmer national conscience of Independence, Justice, Liberty and Democracy. what’ s precious they win would simply be Independence of Cambodia, Justice, Liberty and Democracy for Cambodians ! Cheers and many thanks to these valorous liberators!

And I pay tribute:

• to radios( KPradio,VOKK, RFA,Beehive radio…), Khmer Net surfers and foreigners who criticize, vilify and even insult the policy of slave, treason, dictatorship and corruption of the Hun SEN government…
• to all political parties worthy of democratic opposition ( SRP,HRP… )
• to the cartoonist, poets, journalists, politicians, unionists, NGOs (Sacravatoon, Ly Deap,Uon Sim, Ung Bun Heang, Khem Khieu, Yim Gueh Sê, Hin Sithan, Ung Phiny, Sek Serey, Sam Vichéa, Rong Chhun, Chea Mony, Kul Panha, Mam Sonando, Meach Sovannara, Lim Kim Ya, Ung Thavary, Sean Peng Sê, Suon Serey Ratha,Kulen Monorom, Rithy Komar, Sam Rainsy, Kem Sokha, Mu Sochuo, CBC, Global Witness, LICADHO, COMFREL, CHRAC, ADHOC, CACJE, Nokoreach, Khmer M'chas Srok...), daring denounce betrayal, injustice, dictatorship, slavery and corruption... Your generation, unlike the former, has the nerve to denounce the dictatorship of Khmer leaders, during their lifetime. By this courage, you will give hope of Independence and produce a potential Cambodia’s Lech Valesa amid you!...It’s the way number of European and Asian people,in the past or recently, have released their homelands: Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Ukraine, Belarus, Eastern Timor,…Thanks to all of you and by the people power, one day, Cambodia and Cochin-China will be free and independent!.

And I wish that:

• Free, independent and democratic Cambodians use between them ,the friendly and egalitarian terms of Lok, Lok Srey (Mister, Madam), more responsible and respectful of human dignity. Let’s the treacherous Khmer rouge, corrupted, megalomaniac or criminal leaders use between them the terms of Ek Oudom, Lok Chumteav, Ok Nha or Samdech…., these scorning and haughty words, exhibiting vanity and disrespect against human dignity. These terms are put in circulation, with profusion, by the 2nd Monarchy Sihanouk-Hunsen.
• Cambodia will again become the 2nd Republic, because it will be more capable to promote Liberty, Democracy , Justice, and particularly assert our recent lost territories due to the signature of the additive treaties of 2005 and Cochin-china (or Kampuchea Krom: given up by France to Vietnam, on June 4, 1949, under the 1st Monarchy of Sihanouk). Sihanouk and Hun Sen did not help Khmer nation recover Independence and Sovereignty from Vietnam, but rather obstruct , by all means from doing that. Since its Independence on November 9, 1953, the Khmer nation has always been deceived by Sihanouk, Mao Tse Tung, Chou En Lay,Ho Chi Minh, China, Vietnam and Khmer rouge Pol Pot and Hun Sen. It’s time for this nation to liberate itself from the triple dictatorship formed by Sihanouk’s Monarchy, Khmer rouge Hun Sen’s CPP and Vietnam. God helps those who help themselves!.
• Celebrating October 23th as Freedom and National Sovereignty Day recognized by UN ( the Paris Agreement of October 23, 1991, legal base of all political, social, democratic and frontier settlement with the neighbors, signed by 19 participating countries including Vietnam, Thailand and Laos, requiring the respect and the re-covering of Khmer territorial Integrity flouted by Vietnam after its invasion of January 7, 1979).
• Cambodians! Wake up wherever you are, with your own intelligence and by all means, for Justice, Liberty, Democracy, Human rights and Independence of Cambodia and Cochin-china . And every year , on April 17th, - instead of celebrating victory of such a political party-, commemorate respectfully nearly 3 millions of Khmer rouge genocide’s victims , by the midday siren followed by 2 minutes of silence, and by the candlelight and burning incense stick the night, in order to promote Peace, Democracy, Justice and Respect of the Human rights!.
• 35 years after the genocide, to keep venerating and supporting Sihanouk, Hun Sen, Chéa Sim, Héng Samrin through their criminal party renamed CPP inherited from Pol Pot , without Democracy, Liberty, Independence, under Vietnamese colonization : Enough is enough!

Cambodge : Honte & Fierté…!

J’ai honte :
De la 1ère monarchie de Sihanouk :

• Montant sur le trône le 28 octobre 1941, célébrant l’indépendance du Cambodge ( à la surface réduite du tiers) le 9 novembre 1953, après voir accepté docilement la cession territoriale de la Cochinchine (ou Kampuchéa Krom : 80 000km2 ) par la France au Vietnam, le 4 juin 1949 , Sihanouk a eu le culot de se faire appeler ensuite Père de l’indépendance ! (je suis né le 5 juin 1946, l’année où le Cambodge posséda encore la Cochinchine !). Par devoir et par amour de sa patrie, le peuple khmer vivant au Cambodge, à l’étranger ou à l’intérieur de la Cochinchine a engagé son combat légitime contre le Vietnam pour recouvrir l’indépendance du territoire perdu. Le 4 juin 2010, il a commémoré le 60ème anniversaire de la perte du Kampuchéa Krom. La Cochinchine gagnera son autonomie et son indépendance, et ce pacifiquement, car l’ONU, la France et le Vietnam seront légalement obligés de restituer ce territoire aux Cambodgiens ! Kosovo, récemment indépendant, a eu son chemin de libération beaucoup plus difficile que Kampuchéa krom. Un nom à retenir dans ce combat pour la libération : Thach Ngoc Thach, Président de la Fédération Mondiale des Khmers du Kampuchéa Krom.
• Après avoir combattu au côté des Khmers rouges de Pol Pot, puis devenu leur 1er chef d’état et généré près de 3 millions de victimes, Sihanouk redevint roi de sa 2ème monarchie et remit après son trône à son fils Sihamoni. Son seul objectif au Cambodge, c’est d’y garder le trône et la monarchie pour lui et sa famille. Le peuple khmer- n’en parlons pas de sa démocratie, liberté et justice- ne compte plus pour lui (3 millions de morts).L’indépendance du Cambodge, la perte de territoires, la colonisation vietnamienne ne lui préoccupent plus. Après son abdication, ses flagorneurs l’ont honoré encore, et sans honte, par le titre de Grand Divin et Brave Roi ( Preah Moha Vireak Ksatr ) ! Il demeure toujours libre et impuni dans ce crime du génocide ! Le comble, la 2ème monarchie khmère continue de chanter l’hymne national demandant aux dieux de préserver son roi !
• Grâce à Sihanouk, les Vietnamiens et les anciens Khmers rouges du parti du peuple révolutionnaire de Pol Pot continuent de gouverner le pays. Ils ont permis au Vietnam d’annexer de grandes portions de territoires khmers et d’y verser des millions d’immigrants pour le coloniser. Ce parti criminel du génocide, rebaptisé parti du peuple cambodgien (PPC), commémore cette année le 59ème anniversaire de sa création ( le 28 juin 1951, en collusion avec Ho Chi Minh, d’ore-et- déjà considéré comme le feu leader néo-colonialiste asiatique par les Cambodgiens libres et indépendants)! Avec un parti totalitaire comme le PPC aux commandes et fantoche du Vietnam, le Cambodge connaîtra bien une 2nde catastrophe nationale.

De la 2ème monarchie khmère rouge Sihanouk-Hun sen :

• Bien que la Constitution stipule le multipartisme comme système de gouvernement, Hun Sen, le dictateur et son clan gèrent le Cambodge comme leur propriété privée , et considère le PPC comme parti unique détenteur de tous les pouvoirs arbitraires sur le Cambodge et son peuple. Il ne peut donc pas y avoir de démocratie, car toutes les institutions publiques soi- disant indépendantes et neutres sont toutes contrôlées par le PPC et Hun Sen (armée, police, police militaire, gendarmerie, tribunal, autorité anti-corruption , Conseil National pour les Elections, administration…). Jusqu’à présent, il est parvenu à se maintenir au pouvoir et servir le Vietnam, par tous les moyens : coup d’état ( 5-6 juillet 1997), fraudes électorales successives en utilisant toutes les institutions étatiques , au profit du PPC … Il vise d’ores et déjà et, à tout prix, la victoire aux élections législatives de 2013 ! Soldat puis commandant sous le régime de Pol Pot, Hun Sen a donc participé à construire et consolider ce régime depuis 35 ans. Il ne pourra jamais devenir le promoteur crédible de démocratie cambodgienne. D’ailleurs, il n’en voulait pas ! Une question fondamentale se pose : sur cette base institutionnelle de fantoche du Vietnam, l’opposition politique devra-t-elle participer à ces élections qui ne feront que consolider l’emprise coloniale vietnamienne ?
• Hun Sen, outre son rôle de fantoche du Vietnam, incarne à la fois un dictateur communiste à la Staline et un dictateur capitaliste à la Pinochet. Les mafias capitalistes khmers et étrangers trouvent en lui le protecteur qui les a protégés, leur a permis de piller la richesse du Cambodge, et leur a fait gagner de l’argent sans avoir à s’inquiéter du non- respect des droits et des lois du pays. Par son comportement de communiste, Hun Sen a liquidé ou évincé des politiciens nationalistes et démocrates de son chemin pour servir les intérêts vietnamiens et ceux de son clan politique et familial, dans l’impunité.
• Acceptant docilement l’annexion territoriale du Cambodge par le Vietnam, bafouant l’Accord de Paris du 23 octobre 1991, méprisant la volonté du peuple revendiquant l’intégrité territoriale du pays, Hun Sen, le fantoche, menace les résistants khmers de leur fabriquer d’avance des cercueils. Rappelons que Hun Sen et son PPC ont réussi à céder des territoires au Vietnam par des traités 1979, 82, 83, 85, et des traités du 10, 11, 12, octobre 2005 additifs au traité 1985. En s’accrochant au trône et au pouvoir, Sihanouk, Hun Sen, Chéa Sim et Héng Samrin… sont déjà considérés, de leur vivant, comme des traîtres à la nation, par le peuple khmer libre et indépendant ! Pourquoi ces traîtres ne laissent-ils pas au peuple la liberté de décider démocratiquement de la libération du Cambodge des griffes du Vietnam, juste en appliquant l’Accord de Paris du 23 Octobre 1991?
• Comme flagornerie à la monarchie, l’état khmer fantoche décrète des jours de congé pour fêter l’anniversaire de Sihanouk, de Monique sa femme et de Sihamoni, son fils le roi ! Et, le peuple doit encore vénérer trois nouveaux Grands Sdachs du PPC : Hun Sen, Chéa Sim et Héng Samrin, sans oublier la vénération à la Chumteav Bandith Bun Rany Hun Sen… : Cela me donne la nausée !....Je déteste foncièrement cette 2ème monarchie, car elle est en train de faire perdre l’indépendance du royaume et lui a fait perdre ses territoires au Vietnam. Je sous-estime personnellement le roi Sihamoni, trop faible pour protéger l’indépendance du royaume, et assurer son rôle de garant de justice, de démocratie, et de liberté des Cambodgiens. J’en ai marre de Hun Sen, un ancien soldat Khmer rouge de Pol Pot devenu leader et 1er ministre du Cambodge depuis 1979 grâce à la force , aux fraudes et au Vietnam qui lui a obligé de faire tout en son pouvoir pour céder légalement des territoires cambodgiens aux Vietnam. S’il n’osait pas lever son petit doigt contre l’impérialisme vietnamien, pourquoi ne pas laisser aux autres Cambodgiens courageux, capables et compétents accomplir ce devoir à sa place ? Il est le dictateur et traître à la nation khmère ! Dans ce cas bien précis, seule la démocratie pourra réellement aider la nation à changer de politique. Car, seul le règlement international pourra apporter de solution à l’intégrité et à l’indépendance du Cambodge. Même en ajoutant dix étoiles d’or à leur titre de généraux, Hun Sen, Chéa Sim et Héng Samrin ne pourront pas militairement récupérer l’indépendance du Cambodge et des territoires khmers perdus au Vietnam et à la Thaïlande. Donc le PPC et ses trois chefs s’avèrent nuisibles et inutiles à l’avenir du Cambodge. Certains Cambodgiens avaient peut- être raison de croire à l’inutilité de la participation aux diverses élections au Cambodge par des partis politiques d’opposition. Car tout y a été déjà installé et réglé par le Vietnam et Hun Sen pour obtenir la victoire finale écrasante. Même avec 50%+1 de sièges à l’Assemblée nationale, le PPC pourra faire légalement ce qu’il voudra. Car le parti Sam Rainsy, par mauvais calcul, avait voté cette condition lors de la récente réforme constitutionnelle.
• Dans certaines démocraties, la loi limite à deux le nombre de mandats des présidents du pays. Dans certaines d’autres, grâce au bon fonctionnement de la démocratie (avec élections justes et libres), le peuple peut voter comme sanction contre le président sortant. C’est la double garantie du bon fonctionnement de la démocratie. Le président déchu n’en reste pas moins respecté comme ancien président du pays! En France, le peuple pouvait aussi bien voter un 1er mandat pour le socialiste Mitterrand et le mandat d’après pour le non-communiste Chirac. Hun Sen est- t il capable d’apprendre ce fonctionnement de la démocratie, bien qu’il ait été un ancien soldat khmer rouge de Pol Pot ?
• Célébrant le 7 janvier, date d’invasion du Cambodge par le Vietnam, comme journée de la victoire ne sert qu’à faire oublier la visée annexionniste du Vietnam sur le Cambodge. Les Cambodgiens libres considèrent plutôt le 23 octobre comme date de liberté et de souveraineté nationale reconnue par l’ONU (l’Accord de Paris du 23 octobre 1991, base légale de tout règlement social, politique, démocratique et de frontière avec tous les voisins, signé par 19 pays participants dont le Vietnam, exigeant le respect et le recouvrement de l’intégrité territoriale khmère bafouée par le Vietnam après son invasion du 7 janvier 1979). Pour recouvrer l’indépendance du Cambodge, le peuple devra donc se rebeller sans plus attendre contre Sihanouk, Hun Sen et contre les dirigeants vietnamiens, juste en vertu de cet Accord ONU-Paris du 23 Octobre 1991. Sinon, ce sera encore trop tard ! Ce combat contre le Vietnam, pour l’indépendance du Cambodge, ne signifie pas que les Cambodgiens sont des terroristes racistes haïssant les Vietnamiens ! Les Cambodgiens et les Vietnamiens sont obligés de vivre libres , indépendants, respectueux des intérêts mutuels et en bonne entente en tant que voisins. •jugeant et condamnant à 2 ans de prison, le chef du parti PSR Sam Rainsy, à charge de l’enlèvement du pieu provisoire en bois marquant frauduleusement la limite future de la frontière khméro-vietnamienne. Et cela, parce que le Cambodge est fantoche du Vietnam, et le tribunal khmer n’est pas indépendant. Sam Rainsy, en tant que député et chef du principal parti d’opposition, a bien rempli son devoir, comme tant d’autres Cambodgiens, pour réclamer l’indépendance du Cambodge vis-à-vis du Vietnam. •jugeant et condamnant à environ 4000 $ d’amende, la députée Mu Sochua du parti Sam Rainsy, à charge de diffamation contre Hun Sen (et non le contraire !). Et cela, parce que le tribunal khmer n’est pas indépendant. Il y a au début l’outrance verbale de Hun Sen à la TV déclenchant la plainte de Mu Sochua contre le Premier Ministre. De ce tribunal non indépendant et corrompu, le peuple, sans argent et sans pouvoir, n’a aucun espoir de justice. Mu Sochua ne devrait pas payer d’amende ni aller en prison. Pour mettre fin à cette injustice, le peuple devra se rebeller contre l’injustice de ce tribunal et contre Hun Sen. Mu Sochua, en tant que députée du principal parti d’opposition, a bien rempli son devoir, comme tant d’autres Cambodgiens, pour réclamer l’indépendance du système judiciaire au Cambodge.•en ayant largement encouragé , protégé et dépénalisé la corruption de ses dirigeants, distribuant à profusion des titres antisociaux, méprisants et hautains de Ek Oudom, Oudom Seney, Oknha , Lok Chum Teav, Samdech, Bandith ( titres de doctorats honorifiques ou achetés sans avoir fait des études à l’université …), ils cherchent à s’offrir des titres honorifiques très suspicieux. Ils n’ont plus d’honneur moralement. Cela ne m’étonne pas que certains Cambodgiens, par réaction de haine et de dégoût, les appellent par des termes injurieux rarement utilisés dans notre langue cambodgienne : A… Mi… au lieu de Ek oudom, Lok Chum Teav
• Menaçant et débauchant des membres des partis politiques d’opposition à coup de dollars pour gagner des voix dans diverses élections et s’accrocher au pouvoir…o où des politiciens de tous bords changent, sans honte, de partis politiques, juste pour avoir des postes officiels qui leur permettent de participer aux festins de la corruption et remplir leurs poches en dollars! .
• Dans toutes les institutions ( gouvernement, assemblée nationale, sénat, armée, police, gendarmerie, tribunal , administration ,fonctionnaires …), ils forment un groupe de A Mey A Thong (flagorneurs) composés de Ek Oudom, Oudom Seney, Bandith( sans université), Samdech, Oknha, Lok Chumteav…sans âme et sans conscience, sourds et aveugles aux aspirations du peuple. Ces Amey Athong endossent ainsi fièrement leurs titres de traîtres à leur nation ! Ils font honte à leur peuple et aux yeux de la communauté internationale ! Un jour où le vent de libération se lèvera, ces Amey Athong retourneront leurs vestes pour se montrer plus démocrates, plus indépendants et même plus nationalistes que nous tous ! Dans le parti au pouvoir actuel , je regarde et écoute avec incompréhension et dégoût ces A Mey A Thong , tels Khieu Kanharith, Tith Sothéa, Phay Siphan, Khieu Sopheak, Chéam Yeap…défendant Hun Sen, PPC et justifiant même la trahison, la corruption, l’oppression, la violence. Si le Cambodge a perdu aujourd’hui l’indépendance, la justice, la liberté, la démocratie, c’est aussi à cause d’eux ! Trois millions de victimes sous le régime de Pol Pot n’étaient pas le seul fait d’une dizaine de dirigeants khmers rouges. Ils étaient le résultat de l’exécution zélée et collective par de centaines de milliers de khmers rouges de base.

Bref:

• En politique intérieure, nos dirigeants sont des dictateurs envers leur peuple. En politique extérieure, ce sont des idiots ou imbéciles volontaires s’entêtant à rester traîtres de la nation et esclaves des Vietnamiens ! L’Histoire est en train de se répéter au Cambodge : en choisissant le camp de la Chine et du Vietnam, Sihanouk avec son parti unique de Sangkum scella la perte de la Cochinchine au profit du Vietnam, et signant le génocide de plusieurs millions de khmers. Aujourd’hui, avec Hun Sen, ancien soldat khmer rouge triplement dupe du communisme Pol Pot , chinois et vietnamien , et fou du pouvoir, le Cambodge est en train de perdre encore des portions de territoires au profit du Vietnam qui, tous les jours, déverse ses immigrants au Cambodge comme des pluies torrentielles pour le coloniser . Deux dictateurs, Sihanouk et Hun Sen, gagnent en pouvoir. Le Vietnam étend ses territoires. Le Cambodge se rétrécit comme peau de chagrin. Et sous la dictature de Hun Sen, le peuple cambodgien vit toujours dans l’injustice, sans liberté d’expression et de manifestation, et ce depuis 35 ans, soit le 2/3 de l’espérance de vie d’un Cambodgien ! Naturellement, un tel régime est fait pour être abattu. Le changement de dirigeants d’un pays n’est pas un mal en soi : c’est l’expression même de sa démocratie. C’est plutôt un bien pour le peuple. Le malheur, c’est que ces dirigeants déchus, à l’instar de Sihanouk, commettent des crimes contre leurs peuples, pour se venger, après leurs destitutions légitimes.
• La devise du royaume du Cambodge (nation, religion, roi ) se révèle inutile. Car, ses dirigeants s’en foutent de l’intégrité nationale et de l’indépendance du pays. Le bouddhisme y est la religion politisé : il y a le bouddhisme du pouvoir provietnamien représenté par le bonze Tep Vong. Il y a une petite branche du bouddhisme nommé par Sihanouk, le bonze Bou Kry) .Et il y a l’autre partie plus ou moins neutre représentant le bouddhisme traditionnel. Bref, en construisant plus de temples et plus de pagodes, le pays n’en créera pas plus d’emplois pour les Cambodgiens. Les dirigeants ont des Intérêts politiques à gagner des voix aux diverses élections. Quant au roi, la 3ème devise, il est incapable d’assurer son rôle attribué par la Constitution du Cambodge.
• 35 ans après le génocide, les communistes vietnamiens et cambodgiens continuent à considérer le peuple cambodgien comme des imbéciles, s’entêtant à tracer frauduleusement des frontières, au profit du Vietnam. Les dirigeants communistes des deux pays entretiennent donc une bombe à retardement : la guerre de libération du Cambodge et de la Cochinchine sera nécessaire et obligatoire et embrasera sûrement l’Indochine ! Et personne ne pourra l’empêcher ! La libération du peuple khmer pour l’indépendance, la démocratie et la justice ne devra pas être considérée internationalement comme un acte de terrorisme !
• 35 ans après le génocide, la diaspora cambodgienne n’a toujours pas reçu le droit de vote aux principales élections, dans des ambassades khmères à l’étranger. Ces endroits diplomatiques sont comme la propriété privée servant les intérêts des hommes et des femmes du PPC et non ceux du peuple cambodgien. Et, à l’intérieur du pays, des Vietnamiens détiennent des pièces d’identité leur autorisant à voter pour le PPC , et ainsi faire gagner Hun Sen dans toutes les élections ! La pratique de démocratie électorale se trouve ainsi faussée par le communisme et par des immigrants vietnamiens.
• Au niveau national, on ne réduit pas la pauvreté par la charité. On la résout structurellement par la politique sociale de redistribution des richesses du pays à la catégorie sociale qui en a besoin. En recevant un krama et quelques kilogrammes de riz du gouvernement, les pauvres n’en deviennent pas pour autant plus riches ! Quelques jours après, ils auront encore faim ! Donc, il ne faut pas mélanger la charité et la politique. Sinon, ce serait encore de la démagogie à la Sihanouk ! Actuellement, le PPC peut faire de la charité intéressée et politisée grâce à sa corruption généralisée. Il utilise toutes les institutions du pays (le Boy- Scout, la Croix rouge Cambodgienne, pagodes, l’armée, gouvernement, parlements, tribunal, police, gendarmerie, l’administration…) à des fins politiques ! Ce qui est très spectaculaire dans cette société, c’est l’écart abyssal et inimaginable entre les riches et les pauvres. En plus, les riches sont ceux qui ont le pouvoir dans le pays ou ceux qui s’associent avec le pouvoir. Les pauvres sont obligés de vendre leurs filles pour subvenir à leurs familles. Leurs fils pauvres, sans éducation et sans travail recourent à la délinquance pour survivre.
• Pol Pot, Sihanouk et Hun Sen (complices du génocide) utilisent la même stratégie de propagande communiste en vantant leurs hyper perspicacité, hyper intelligence et hyper infaillibilité auprès de la population. Tout cela, juste pour se maintenir indéfiniment au pouvoir. Mais, l’histoire est là pour rafraîchir leurs mémoires : Pol Pot fut balayé après 3 ans 8 mois et 20 jours de dictature ; Sihanouk fut destitué le 18 mars 1970. Hun Sen, bien qu`il tente à tout prix de s’accrocher au pouvoir jusqu`à ses 90 ans, par peur d’être rattrapé et jugé pour ses divers crimes, une fois évincé du pouvoir, n`est pas non plus un dirigeant immortel !. S’il n’accepte pas de céder pacifiquement le pouvoir par la volonté du peuple , il sera inévitablement destitué manu militari. Et la catastrophe personnelle et familiale en sera énorme ! Construire des routes, des écoles…baptisées de leurs noms : est-ce pour se racheter de leur mauvaise conscience de corruption, et d’association avec les malfaiteurs pour piller les richesses du pays ? L’autorité anti- corruption est sous la supervision de Hun Sen et Sok An, les 2 plus grands corrompus du Cambodge. Et elle est dirigée par Om Yen Tieng , le protégé de Hun Sen. Les gens du CPP prennent vraiment des Cambodgiens comme des imbéciles !
• Pour s’unir, la nation khmère ( dont des politiciens khmers d’opposition…) a quatre arguments fondamentaux : l’indépendance du Cambodge, la justice, la liberté et la démocratie. Et dans sa lutte sacrée , elle a trois ennemis en face : le Vietnam, le communisme du CPP et la monarchie qui représentent incontestablement le cancer de la nation khmère. Seul l’Accord ONU- Paris du 23 Octobre 1991 pourra sauver cette Nation !

Je suis fier :

• Que les Cambodgiens tous azimuts, tant à l`intérieur qu’à l’ extérieur, dénoncent ouvertement, avec mépris mais avec honnêteté, sans crainte et sans complaisance, la politique de trahison et les actions de Sihanouk , de Hun Sen et celles des complices (ou A Mey & A Thong ) dans le gouvernement et dans l’administration, concernant les frontières du Cambodge, le fonctionnement de la démocratie, la dictature du pouvoir, l`injustice , le non respect des droits de l`homme et la corruption généralisée …Ils représentent la bonne conscience nationale khmère : ce qu’ils gagneront de précieux , ce sera tout simplement l’indépendance pour le Cambodge, la justice, la liberté et la démocratie pour les Cambodgiens !.Bravo et merci , chers valeureux libérateurs!

Et je rends hommage :

• aux radios (KP radio, VOKK,RFA, Sambok Khmum…),internautes khmers et étrangers qui critiquent, vilipendent et même injurient la politique d’esclave, de trahison, de dictature et de corruption du gouvernement de Hun Sen …
• à tous les partis politiques dignes d’opposition démocratique ( PSR, PDH…)
• aux caricaturistes, poètes , journalistes, politiciens, syndicats, ONGs (Sacravatoons,Ung Bun Heang, Khem Khieu, Ly Deap,Uon Sim, Yim Gueh Sê, Hin Sithan, Ung Phiny,Sek Serey,Sam Vichéa, Rong Chhun,Chea Mony,Kul Panha,Mam Sodando,Meach Sovannara, Lim Kim Ya, Ung Thavary,Sean Péng Sê, Suon Serey Ratha , Kulen Monorom , Rithy Komar, Sam Rainsy,Kem Sokha, Mu Sochua, CFC, Global Witness, LICADHO, COMFREL , CHRAC, ADHOC, CACJE, Nokoreach, Khmer M’chas Srok … ,osant dénoncer la trahison, l’injustice, la dictature, l’esclavage et la corruption…Cette génération , à la différence de l’ancienne, a le culot de dénoncer de son vivant la dictature de nos dirigeants. De ce courage, il sortira bien un Lech Valésa cambodgien !...C’est de cette manière que nombre de peuples européens et asiatiques ont pu libérer, jadis et récemment, leurs patries : Kosovo,Lettonie, Lituanie, Estonie, Serbie, Croatie, Bosnie-Herzégovine, Monténégro, Ukraine, Biélorussie, Timor Oriental, …Grâce à vous tous et par le pouvoir du peuple, j’en suis sûr, le Cambodge et la Cochinchine redeviendront un jour libres et indépendants!

Et je souhaite :

• que les Cambodgiens libres, indépendants et démocrates, utilisent entre eux les termes de Lok, Lok Srey (Monsieur, Madame) : termes amicaux, égalitaires, plus solidaires et respectueux de la dignité humaine. Laissons aux dirigeants khmers rouges, traîtres, mégalomanes, corrompus ou criminels utiliser entre eux des termes de Ek Oudom, Lok Chumteav , Ok Nha ou Samdech…. , ces mots méprisants, hautains, exhibant la vanité des gens irrespectueux de la dignité humaine. Ces termes sont mis en circulation et à profusion, par la 2ème monarchie Sihanouk-Hun sen.
• Que le Cambodge redevienne la 2ème République, car elle sera plus capable de promouvoir la liberté , la démocratie, justice, et surtout à même de revendiquer nos territoires perdus récemment par la signature des traités additifs de 2005, et, la Cochinchine ( ou Kampuchéa Krom ), cédée naguère par la France au Vietnam, le 4 Juin 1949, sous la 1ère monarchie de Sihanouk. Aide-toi, et le Ciel t’aidera !. Non seulement Hun Sen et Sihanouk n’ont pas facilité le recouvrement de l’indépendance et de la souveraineté du Cambodge vis-à-vis du Vietnam, mais encore ils ont empêché, par tous les moyens , la nation khmère de le faire!. Depuis son indépendance du 9 novembre 1953, la nation khmère a été tout simplement trompée par Sihanouk, Mao Tse Tung, Chou En Lay, Ho Chi Minh, la Chine, le Vietnam et les Khmers rouges Pol Pot et Hun Sen. Le temps arrive pour cette nation de se libérer de cette triple dictature formée par la monarchie de Sihanouk, le PPC du khmer rouge Hun Sen et le Vietnam.
• célébrant le 23 octobre comme journée de liberté et de souveraineté nationale reconnue par l’ONU ( l’Accord de Paris du 23 octobre 1991, base légale de tout règlement politique, social, démocratique et de frontière avec tous les voisins, signé par 19 pays participants dont le Vietnam, la Thaïlande et le Laos, exigeant le respect et le recouvrement de l’intégrité territoriale khmère bafouée par le Vietnam après son invasion du 7 janvier 1979), au lieu de célébrer le 7 janvier, date d’invasion du Cambodge par le Vietnam, comme journée de la victoire destinée à faire oublier la visée annexionniste du Vietnam sur le Cambodge.
• que les Cambodgiens se lèvent tous et partout, chacun avec son intelligence et ses petits moyens personnels, pour la justice, la liberté, la démocratie, les droits de l’homme et surtout pour l’indépendance du Cambodge et de la Cochinchine . Et , le 17 avril de chaque année,- au lieu de célébrer la victoire de tel ou tel parti politique- ,qu’ils commémorent respectueusement près de 3 millions de victimes du génocide, par la sirène à midi suivie de 2 minutes de silence, et par l’allumage de bougie et des baguettes d’encens la nuit, pour promouvoir la paix, la démocratie, la justice, le respect des droits de l`homme .
• 35 ans après le génocide, continuer à vénérer et supporter Sihanouk , Hun Sen, Chéa Sim, Héng Samrin avec leur parti criminel hérité de Pol Pot ( PPC) , sans démocratie, sans liberté, sans indépendance, et sous la colonisation vietnamienne : trop c’est trop !
