Letter to The Phnom Penh Post
Dear Editor,
I would like to bring a two-point clarification to your article titled “Rainsy files lawsuit in US court” published in The Phnom Penh Post on September 27, 2010.
First, I did not initiate a lawsuit but filed a criminal complaint with United States government prosecutors.
Second, attorney Morton Sklar who officially submitted the complaint with me and on my behalf, along with other victims of the 1997 grenade attack in Phnom Penh, was the founding executive director emeritus of World Organisation for Human Rights USA, but he has retired from that organisation. Mr Sklar acted as attorney of record in his personal capacity as indicated on the first and last pages of the September 23, 2010 Complaint and Petition.

remember to verify the accusation, otherwise, it is just rumors and we know rumors are not for real, you know! rumor is like a dream, a nightmare scenerio, not reality; it's the dirty mind play game or take advantage of those who are undereducated, etc, really!
We still support Sam Raingsy Party to chase away the Vietnamese troop in Cambodia. We do not want Cambodia to become the second Champa.
You are crazy to write this. We will see Hun Sen face to order the grenade attack to kill their own people. More and More people to support Sam Raingsy party when Hun Sen go to jail. and all the people will know.

What have Sam Rainsy accomplished? Playing Hide n seek is one of his big accomplishment.
All the Khmer people hope that FBI must release the documents during grenade attack. We want to see Hun Sun face and his bodyguard Hing Bunheang to order and kill their own people. All of them must go to 32 hells to kill their own people. Have you seen along the gallery of Angkor Wat temple on the Southern part.
Please Mr. Sam Raingsy donot negotiate with Yuon. A million and million Khmer support you. We do not want to become the second Champa and Loa.

Remember, Hun Sen already said that any Cambodian who wanted to be against Yuon, he would pay for the coffin. Sic!
Ironically, Hun Sen escaped to VN during Pol Pot's reign in power. Why he didn't stand on two feet and fight with him at that time.
He ran away cowardly while some of his supporters were put into hard labour camp and killed.
Argument to seek help from foreigner(VN). That is not the point. The point is Hun Sen ran away like Sam Rainsy did as well.
Sam Rainsy can say he is seeking international help to fight land lose to VN and democracy.
