Oh my who is serving the national interest? Sam Rainsy Party or HUN SEN??
This is a meaningless letter from a leader who doesn't know about or ignore the balance of power among the three branches of the government. This is indeed a characteristic/personality of a dictator.
That is Hun Sen's writing and wording???? Hun Sen is a brute who can't even Khmer properly. I bet he hires someone to do the wording for him. Anyway, back to business of the day, why has Hun Sen chosen not to answer the questions directed to him by the SRP MPs? In addition Hun Sen says that the SRP MPs already have a position of going against him, but any questions at all in the world are never statements of accusation. Questions demand statements. However, it is rather Hun Sen who relentlessly continues to ACCUSE the SRP MPs as serving the interests of Thailand and betraying Cambodia. Hahahah. That is always Hun Sen. In fact, Hun Sen even allowed his stupid face General to attack SRP as well. SRP does not ever bow down to the Siems or the YUONs, but Hun Sen repeatedly does that time and time again. Look at the border between ah Yuon and Khmer. Hun Sen repeatedly says that nothing is lost to the YUONs, but yet Cambodian farmers continue to protest and the Hun Sen government refuses to solve the issues until Sam Rainsy came along and exposed the Vietnamese encroachment into the Cambodia's territory. This is the same thing with King Sihanouk. It was King Sihanouk who initiated the border review between Vietnam and Cambodia, but then Hun Sen started to say that it was the Elected Hun Sen Government's Job to do the task. However, at the end, ah Hun Sen ceded Khmer territory to the Yuons before his majesty and ah Hun Sen's court decided to pronounce jail time for Sam Rainsy. The entire WORLD is asking ah Hun Sen's government as follows: "If Mr. Sam Rainsy's French drawn maps are false, then what are the CORRECT borderlines between Vietnam and Cambodia?" To date ah Hun Sen's government has not presented to the world where are those correct borderlines at all.
Ah Hun Sen is the number mather f*cker who only listens to ah YOUN masters. Ah Hun Sen is a breaddead mather f*cker. Even ah YOUNs told the world that they granted him the fake doctoral degree to Hun Sen the dog and monkey. Hun Sen was behind the arrest of Penn Sovann. Hun Sen was behind the K5 gencidal plan in Cambodia after Pol Pot. Hun Sen was behind the Vietnameses illegal immigrants to Cambodia. Hun Sen was the one who took side with the Red Shirts against Thailand's Prime Minister Abhisit. Hun Sen is the one behind the ceding of Khmer territory to ah YUONs.
The SRP MPs have never lost anything belonging to Cambodia to any foreigners at all.
The number one accuser of the SRP MPs is none other than Hun Sen himself. Hun Sen should be ashamed of himself.

I read this letter with dismay and shameful. For those who don't read and understand khmer, this leter is nothing but a "jack ars" - trying to mumbo-jumbo on the important issues "national interests"!
In short, this letter specifically stated "You have aleady accused me and my government for having violated the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement. My government and I will not answer your questions. It would be more appropriate for you to file your complaint against me to the court."

Hun Sen shamelessly explaints in the letter as he is a true nationalist leader. He falsely accused the opposition MPs of serving foreign interest. In fact, he is the real leader who serves foreign interest(Yuon) without condition.

So Cambodian people don’t expect the answers from the Viet’s slave ‘Atch Koh’ Hun Sen. He only reports to his bosses in Hanoi. What’s a shame that he claims to be a nationalist. Dear All,
I have read this letter with care and cautious.
Indeed Hun Sen is totally wrong. In democracy system with mult-parties parliament, all elected members both government ministers and member of parliament are needing to seat at the National Assembly during all sessions of the parliament. THe Prime Minister need to answer all questions put forward to him by all members. He cannot reply by letter. He must reply by person.
In the this letter has cleary identified to Cambodian population and to the world that Cambodian Government under Hun Sen will not respect the treaty of 1991 at all. Hun Sen has recognised that his government will not abide with international treay of 1991 and has demanded opposition parties to file to the court for their breach of the Treaty.
I urge all opposition parties to use this letter of Hun Sen to send to all signatories to the threaty of 1991 and call for a review.
This letter is a true evidence of breaching of the trust by world communities to allow Hun Sen to lead Cambodia complying into the Treaty of 1991.

Many cambodians know that signing the Annex agreement in2005, subsequently enforced the previous agreements with Vietnam was an obvious betray to Peace Agreement in 1991.
2005 viet-Hun Sen agreement resulted in escape of Chea Sim to Thailand, leaving Nhek Bun Chhay to sign it, then forced the current king to approve it.
This is in fact a coup to our national constitution.

The grenades killed over 10 people at the Pagoda. Sene Sane's son was injured by the grenades including 10 other people. I did not know that they would be using the hand grenades against the innocent demonstrators. I was not a party to it. When the grenades exploded, I was at the office of Net Sa Veun talking to him about how Hun Sen had met Hoc Lundy. After that the police were alerted to the explosions and that is when I knew that something bad happened. I only found out that after the grenades exploded. The police were called upon to investigate who was responsible for the bombing, but they did the investigation superficially and were trying to cover the track than to find the person responsible.
During my time at the Anti-Narcotic Bureau, I discovered evidence showing Hun Sen's people being involved in drug trafficking. I went to see Hun Sen with a view to bringing it to his attention. He took me to the cellar of his house which was nicely decorated. Hun Sen asked me whether I knew the names of the people who were into the drugs. I replied that I knew and I told him one name Mon Routy whom I was sure was involved. I suspected other men of Hun Sen were also involved, but I was not 100% sure. Hun Sen did not make any comments. Then Hoc Lundy then arrived with Huy Piseth, Chief of the Hun Sen's bodyguards and distracted my discussion with him. We then talked about the opposition party's protest. Hoc Lundy said to Hun Sen, ' why don't you use hand grenades.' Hun Sen said that it was a good idea... "I can send Seth to do it and he is a good operator." He authorized Hoc Lundy to pay for Huy PiSeth to do the job. Hoc Lundy answered that he would put together the money to pay them. He suggested that I met with Seth. After that, Hoc Lundy ordered me to find the money (US$ 100000) to give to Huy Piseth. The money came from the police.
On 30/3/97, the opposition leader Sam Rainsy led a demonstration calling for the reform of the justice system in Cambodia. The demonstration was held in front of the Assembly of the Nation. I was near the Pro Tom Pagoda and witnessed what happened. My staff took me on his motorbike to see the big protest outside the Assembly. 2-4 minutes after we arrived, I heard a big explosion and people crying and screaming. Then I saw four men running away from the scene. I recognized only two of them that were: Mr Phan Sary Colonel and Mr Ourn Cham Nane Commander; both of them were Hun Sen's men. I did not know the other two. They ran towards the Prime Minister' house. I followed them there to see what they ran away like that for. I talked to General Huy Pheseth and told him that I saw four of his people running away from the scene and that they should not have thrown the grenades. He told me to keep quiet and don't talk to any body. But I was angry and upset. I need to speak to somebody about it. I went to see Hoc Lundy who I considered at the time as my friend. I felt that I had to report to Hoc and could not understand why Hun Sen chose to kill so many people. But he told me the same thing to keep quiet and not to tell anybody about it. Amongst the people who were killed or injured was an American. I understand the American Government sent people to Cambodia to investigate.
In 2003 Phan Sary came to see me in my office. He admitted to me that he was the person who threw the grenades. He said that he was very sad because he killed so many people. He complained that Hun Sen used to pay him money to have things done. When he was in trouble nobody seemed to care about him He said that he did what he did because Hun Sen ordered him and he had to please him. He acknowledged that he killed a lot of people before. He said that he now did not even have money to support his children. I recorded the conversation.

Keo Bunthouk who was detained with her husband, former diplomat Ieng Kounsaky, at the Boeng Trabek camp (Section B32 presided over by Hor Namhong) from 1977 to 1979.
