Members of Parliament from the democratic opposition in Cambodia represented by the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) are calling on their fellow parliamentarians from all friendly countries to support an Appeal for the Reactivation of the 1991 Paris Agreements on Cambodia (see full text of the Appeal at http://tinyurl.com/2w7fyxo).
They actually appeal for international parliamentary solidarity in order to help stop a totalitarian drift and ensuing human rights violations that are contrary to the Paris Agreements on Cambodia, an international peace treaty signed on October 23, 1991 under the aegis of the United Nations.
Because the USA is a signatory of the above-mentioned Agreements and given your declared commitment to defend democracy and human rights worldwide, I as a Cambodian American would be grateful if you could support this Cambodian initiative by replying to this email with just the words “Paris Agreements on Cambodia” [with cc to samrainsysrp@gmail.com] possibly before October 23, 2010, when Cambodian communities all over the world will celebrate the 19th anniversary of the signing of the Agreements.

All these Cambodian associations will demonstrate to demand that the governments of Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand, as well as other signatory countries, review and resurrect the application and the respect of the Paris Agreements.
I think these complaints will be heard. He is right! They have done it to Manuel Noriago and Charles Taylor. They did summoned those two guys to stand trial.
I don't think Hun Sen can avoid the ICC court. He will be facing the court regardless.

I am a Cambodian American too, and I will write to my Representative to ignore all these nonsense from the SRP trouble makers.
Also Vietnam will not risk its behavior to do that again. They have their own problem internally.
