Mr. 5:57 if we don't have 10/23/1991 agreement, Khmer still have a war between Khmer against Khmer and the worl can't support us like today. The Paris Peace agreement (10?23/1991)all parties signed and promised that they will respect, but CPP won't. Why? because Yuon don't want to have this agreement and they want to control Khmer forevr.
