The ECCC plans to open the public hearing for Case 002 during the first semester of 2011. Case 002 is a major case which includes 2,124 accusers in comparison to 90 for Case 001. Case 002 involves the judgment for the highest ranking DK regime leaders: Khieu Samphan, Nuon Chea, Ieng Sary and Ieng Thirith. Tony Kranh, the ECCC acting director, announced the plan to open the hearing for Case 002 during a seminar to provide information on the recent evolution of the ECCC, and during the distribution of books detailing Case 001 held in the morning of 11 November at the Senate building.

So CPP leaders and high ranking officials are Viet Minh, Khmer Viet Minh, Khmer Rouge .
So Yuon has been handling KR Trials or ECCC under the name of CPP, not Khmer.
