The way Shukaku inc treated to people in Beoung kak resident is a crime against humanity. All resident need to find a lawyer and to file their complain to Internation criminal Court to intervenne. In this court, it say, if you cannot find justice in your own country because of your politician are committing the crime, you can file your complan to the international criminal court. To do this, Lao Meng Khin will be in deep trouble. They will issue warrant of arrest to this man. You need to work together and find one talent lawyer to work on your behalf.

did they try to compensate these people? if so, why are they so greedy to demand a full market value for a makeshift? did they know that have a dirty, mosquitos infested lake like boeungkak in the middle of phnom penh and on the way from the airport and near many gov't buildings, etc is so unsightly, so backward deemed unfit to be a part of the beautiful city of phnom penh. and phnom penh is the capital city, so we all must make it to represent our people and our country well. so, don't be so greedy by demanding a market value or whatever for the land that didn't even belong to you in the first place. gov't in previous era allowed people to live there because they understand the plight and difficulty struggle people had during the repressive, brutal, stupid KR regime, so now it is time to relocate and move on to somewhere else, ok! we hear you, but we want you to understand as well, stop being greedy and defy the authority, ok! if they offer you some money and a new housing for you, just take it! stop wanting more!

To solve this kind of problem other ordinary Cambodians who are not affected need to help those who are affected, but as usual people in Cambodia don't help each other and can never be united and that is why Cambodians are ruled by a bunch of idiots from one regime to the next.

The government will not help them at all because they are protecting Hun Sen. So only international criminal court can help them. If there is a warrant from International court to arrest these Oknhas, I am sure, Hun Sen won't react as long they don't arrest him. We need them to sign a petition together and give authority to an international lawyer to file on their behalf rather waiting to see their house and land taken for nothing. Without doing a specific legal procceeding, other Cambodian will loose their habitat from one group after one group.
