Does it really matter what January 7 brings for Cambodian people?
For me January 7 is the day when communists killed each other! After the communists killed each other and Cambodia was occupied by another communists! As you can see the situation for Cambodia never change! From one communist to another communist!
So what is the point of talking about communists killing another communists and Cambodia under another communist occupation? Does talking about communists killing another communist has benefit dirt poor Cambodian people in any way? No!

Oh please! Your concept is so outdated and Cambodia can always go for broke and start everything fresh and new! Gone with the Pol Pot and come with the AH HUN SEN. That was why the Viets overstayed in Cambodia for over 10 long years, cutting down Cambodia's timbers, overfishing Cambodia's fish and allowing illegal Vietnamese settlers to take root inside Cambodia territory. Ah Youn forces didn't just invade Cambodia in January 1979, but the same YUON forces invaded Pol Pot's Cambodia and even stayed their ground in Cambodia as well, ah pler. So, again this is the truth all laid out in its true form: Pol Pot and his troops were kicked out of Cambodia by the YUON troops, and the YUON troops were sent NOT to save the Cambodians but to stop the Chinese influences at its border. The YOUNs always did this kind of invasion. That is the YUON strategy in "protecting their security from within". To protect their securty from the outside forces, they would INVADE the outsiders to create a buffer zone. This was done to separate Kampuchea Krom from Cambodia by the buffer zone of Vinh Te Canal. Again, the YUON implemented this strategy again by creating a buffer zone with Thailand with the infamous genocidal K5 plan. In addition, if ah January 7 is was the liberation for the Cambodian people, why were Cambodians continued to get killed during the Vietnamese military occupation of Cambodia. Specifically, just to name one: the Cambodian deaths during the K5 plan. Why???? Was that a liberation or was that death sentences on the Cambodian victims, ah pler Soy Sopheab.
Stop claiming Jan. 7 as the liberation because that was not it. Ah YUONs said it themselves that they didn't come to rescue Cambodia at all. Times Magazine clearly states that Vietnamese leadership of the time said that they didn't care about the Cambodians. That was why they prevents the aids from coming to the starving Cambodians during that time. Too many Cambodians died of starvation, disease, and other things under the occupation of the YUONs. Read it up on Times Magazine called Death Watch: Cambodia.
The truth about ah Hun Sen is that he is just a simple beggar. After over 30 years, Cambodia is just the same sh*t. No industries, no exports, no jobs, no sh*t, not enough doctors, no jacksh*t. Cambodian people are flocking to Thailand and Vietnam for their various medical treatments. So is that progress in Cambodia. Sh*t!
Jan 7 was the day that the YOUNs invaded Cambodia and let the Pol Pot troops escaped into the jungle. Jan 7 was the day the YUONs occupied Cambodia for over 10years. Jan. 7 was the day the YUONs took control of the Cambodian communist branch of the Vietnam-Led IndoChina Federation. Jan. 7 was the beginning of starvation, deaths, and diseases, plundering of the Cambodian people. Jan. 7 was the beginning of the K5 plan where thousands of Cambodians perished. Jan. 7 was the day ah Hun Sen and his clique became slaves of ah YUONs. Jan. 7 was the day ah Hun Sen became sh*t. What Cambodia becomes today is because of the Paris Accord of 1991 and the withdrawal of ah YUON troops. For over 10 long years under ah YUONs, ah Hun Sen's Cambodia was just sh*t. He probably asked or conspired with Hun Sen to have this scenario set up for those 7 Thai to enter Cambodia with secret money flow to Hun Sen (You scratch my back and I'll scratch your back). Ahbisit probably wants to win the election by rescue or negotiate those 7 Thai from Hun Sen and credit it.
Abhisit wants to be Prime Mininster of Thailand. He will let Hun Sen do the same for political gain when there is upcoming election in Cambodia.
