Subject: Letter from Mr. Ho Sithy, Mr. Hun Xen’s cabinet chief
I would like to thank the email sent to me by Khmerization Online asking for my clarification regarding the letter as described in the subject line above.
I, Sourn Serey Ratha, CACJE president and leader of the Khmer People Power movement, would like to confirm that:
1- Personally, I and my colleagues never received this letter. [I saw it] after receiving the email from Khmerization Online asking for clarification and I saw it published by KI Online News.
2- After reviewing the font used in the letter, I and my technical colleagues consider this as a fake letter [issued] by a group of people or by an individual with bad intention who want to destroy the Khmer People Power movement which was formed by me and which is starting to become active in the country, and it is only a trick by the Yuon puppet and the communists.
I have no further comment on this fake letter, but, I, Sourn Serey Ratha, will leave my actions to the Cambodian people to evaluate my nationalist position and my nationalist conscience toward the nation, the homeland and the people.

If the letter is true it more like a tactic to shut up the opposition.And if the letter is true will MR SOUN SEREY RATHA personaly except the position?

Mr. Ratha will be good with Tith Sothea as personal advisers to Hun Sen in quick and brutal reaction committee to presses.

Get a real job. Be a legitimate Khmer who knows what real life is like if you want to be a leader. Sarakarei is a wrong word to use. Friends is more appropriate for an unemployed person.
Stay on the ground. Don't put yourself up too high. You may get stuck up there and no one will give a ----- because you are too important.
Write a correct sentence first. Take ESL classes to improve your English.

Be careful of this guy. He is working for YOUN 100%. His plan of
one million thumb prints is the strategy of youn to get our khmer signatures oversea to accomplish the
Viet-Cam Lao Federation. I have confronted with him in Washington State on the international legal procedure "How is going to do with those thumb prints ?" I have asked him about how can the one million thumb print can remove Hun Sen ?

After he gets all the signatures, he is going to change the letterhead of the signature lists to do such as " THE SIGNATURES OF ALL KHMER OVERSEA AGREE TO THE VIET/CAM/LAO" FEDERATION.
This is a very dangerous. Instead of removing Hun Sen, it will indicate that all the signatores agree for Viet/Cam/Lao Federation plan.

1- SSRatha attacked Hun Sen in Cambodia.
2- SSRatha ran to USA.
