Kuoch Kuntheara’s weekly guest for this Saturday 19 March is Mr. Sam Rainsy, President of the Sam Rainsy Party. On Tuesday 15 March, the NatAss (National Assembly) decided to remove his duty as MP. Replying to Kuoch Kuntheara’s questions, Mr. Sam Rainsy considers this removal contrary to the aim of the Cambodian Constitution which protects the rights of MPs. At the same time, Mr. Sam Rainsy continues to claim that his past action was not to fights among Khmer people, but that he fighting against Vietnam to protect Khmer land.

Khmer must pay attention with Youn Spy: Kem Sokha, Mom Sonangdo are Youn. Last time when they were in the prison, it was the Youn trick to show that they aren't with them. All Khmer must understand that Youn spy are everywhere in Cambodia. Rong Chhun is simply one of Youn Game to swallow Cambodia. In the mean time, I would like to remind all Khmer to compare Rong Chhun to one of the character in Chinese movies; All of the sudden, that character become from a good person to a traitor. We need to pay attention before qualifying a person in Cambodia as a Hero we need to look that person from its root, e.g. Honorable Sam Rainsy is a real Khmer hero because we know his root. One of the big mistakes of Khmer with Youn Spy was Sosten Fenandez, who was the commander in Chef during Khmer republican. He has a Philippine father and Vietnamese mother, his brother was Emmanuel Fernandez was a doctor in Cambodia. Old Khmer generation must remember that most of the time, Marecharle Lon Nol 's soldier was in the ambush of the Khmer rouge; in that time the Khmer rouge was backed by the Vietcong. Every time Lon Nol's soldiers went to the battlefield, the information was already passed to Vietcong to ambush Khmer soldiers. I have a lot of experiences with Youn because when I was young I grew up with Youn kids in my village along the Tonle Sap River. Many Youn in my village were arrested by Marecharle Lon Nol; they were Youn Colonels...Before April 1975 the kid's Youn family that I grew up with still lived in Phnom Penh. That Youn family were educated, teachers and Lon Nol’s soldier and military police (PM= Police militaire). One member of that family was a teacher at Lycee Preah Youkunthor ( Lycee 18 mars during the republican) in front of Old Chinese hospital which today becomes the golden tower 42. The moment that really waked me up was February 1979 after the Khmer rouge; two brothers of that Youn family meet our family by hazard in the Youn soldier uniform; one of them was a military police in Lon Nol’s regime. Today, one of them becomes General Two stars for Hun Sen’s government. I would like to remind all Cambodian to research the root closely of Kem Sokha and Mom Sonangdo and or / any person before consider them a Khmer nationalist. I AM AGAINT THE UNIFICATION BETWEEN SRP and HUMAN RIGHT PARTIES Because I believe that in the future they will make THE COUP to the unification party. I believe that Youn tries to make the opposition party get weak.
For me real Khmer are: Honorable Sam Rainsy, Mr. Sean Peng Se, Mrs. Mu Sochua, Mr. Yim Sovan, Mr. Son Chhay, Mr. Sourn Serey Ratha, MR. Tach Gnoc Tach, Dr. Tith Narahkiri, Dr. Kuch Ly, Mr. Meach Sovannara etc..
In Radio Free Asia, there is a lot of Youn’s Spy. They use Khmer name to pretend that they are Khmer, but in fact they are Youn; often, I have noticed that certain journalist tried to avoid questions which could disqualify Hun Sen’s regime. Most of the time RFA gives more air time to Hun Sen’s Party. I am very glad that World Khmer Radio and Radio Khmer Post have been created to serve Khmer people and Khmer cause with real Khmer Journalist.

Convicted criminal Sam Rainsy said in 1995, he was kicked out from Parliament, but later on, he brought 15 MP back to Parliament. This time, Parliament kicked him out again and he has a self-proclaimed that his party will get 50 seats in the next election. If it is the case, it is really good thing for SRP. So, why he is crying out for Political Resolution for his case for??
Now, Sam Rainsy is in desperate stay and really confuse. So far, he had been booted out from Parliament only two times, but he invented that it is already 10 times. On top of that he is shameless said that he became MP because of he got votes from the people. So, only people can vote him out (sic). Any MP in Western country, if she/he is convicted by criminal offence, he/she is automatically lose MP status.
Despite Sam Rainsy tries to deny, lie and hide about his political future, but deep inside his heart, he is well aware that his political career in Cambodia is dead in the water. Beside the forgiveness from PM Hun Sen, no one is able to save Sam Rainsy at all.

I know Kem Sokha personally in the early 70s when we lived in Sras Chak Buddhist temple in Kod #1. My friend whose name is unveiled also lived in the same residence in the temple. I met this friend tens years ago in Cambodia. He said Kem Sokha is CPP's internal spy.

Khmer needs to learn to promote diversity. Everyone has a right to live and learn. If Viets want to be part of khmer citizen, well welcome them. But if Viets want to encroch on khmerland is wrong because every nation has its own boundary and nation to uphold and protect. So, khmer leaders need to learn to promote and implement its gaols and achievement, in term of making sure everyone living in peace and harmony.
All neighbouring countries need to acknowledge about national's right and justice. One can not manipulate of taking advantage of the weak one. In other words we all have to protect each in a righteous way. Because the Lord loves the righteous people.
Therefore, Khmer gov't needs to accept Sam Rainsy as an effective opposition leader because he is working to protect his country and nation. But from what I have seen so far, Viet is the one who is behind all this as he/she doesn't want to be exposed to the truth about what they are doing, that is trying to steal khmerland instead of being cooperate as to migrating alone is not good enough.
I understand the Viets have done alot for all of us since 1979 but they don't have to steal from us just because we are weak and vulnerable but instead they should cooperate or strenghten our relationship as alliance and people with morality, they would help people without demanding in reward. They would do it with generosity.
So, Viets need learn to stop controling Khmer gov't e.g by putting their gun behind their head saying 'if you don't do what I tell you, you and your family are doom'. Viets can not control khmer's gov't this long because time is running out for you. So please do the right.
