Can you kindly explain about 1973 Paris Peace Accords between H.Kissenger and Le Duc Tho.
There are many things in this Agreements that people did not know,the following of my remark are;
1-After 1973 Viet cong and nord vietnames troops withdrew from Cambodia to south viet nam for assauld final.
2-Why the Khmer Republic refused to negociate with Sihanouk but accepted negociate with Khmer Rouge.
Hope that you are one of the last veterant can give more details.
