In this case apart from Sam Raing Si, Why there aren't other people had pursued Hor Nam Hong ?
Hor Nam hong behavior don't looks like as a chief of prison at all .
During that time ,it is possible that he was appointed by higher Khmer rouge to be a chief of prisoner group , So if he have been only at this position ,there are no reason that he would be accused as the chief of prison . Because under
Pol pot regime ,everywhere across the country , Angkar enforced to classify everyone into a different group according to their categories . Then each group had it own chief. normally there are about 20 to 30 peoples per group .So I don't think the people who had held such position that would be pursue !
Mr. Sam Raingsy want to be a great person like the Dalai Lama. But he will not have time to lead Cambodia, because he is still love to travel around the world to sell his story to other Khmer live outside Cambodia. Will this people go to vote for him or just supporter without the voice.
Easy to say this and that on public, but he is not ready to explain his own story on the Cambodian court.
Of course some people will say, the Cambodian court is a Kangaroo court, but it is the court was built with his own support during his period as MP of the Cambodian parliament.
Kangaroo court is also for the Kangaroo people, like Mr. Sam Raingsy.
HOR will never resign. From the head of KR prison to the top diplomat in Cambodia, he surely has killed and fought his way to this top level. So, to say his possible resignation due to the French verdict is impossible. Y resign? No way. This ministry is Hor's internal business. Hor rather dies in the office than resign cos not easy to get to this post. He is also in the category of Noun Chea, Ieng Sary, Khieu Samphan under which millions of people died but they refuse responsibility...HOR as well, as a head of prison he will say his received order from the top to send his prisoners to S21 for execution. This is what HOR gonna say if asked...

HNH will never resign. What he is thinking is that his resignation would lead to the collapse of his stupid and degreeless sons which they are now enjoying high status in the position as Ambassadors or Secretary general of the Ministry. His stupid sons has been living under his protection for many years. HNH would prefer to die in office than resign even though now the rumour saying HNH cant read the reports at his table cos he cant see it.
