I've been in cambodia five time already, but you only see better thing in Phnom Penh only? Market, street, park, getting better...If you go out from PP, to another places..forget It? Terrible!!!! I wish government should press those province governor to do something, if they don't do a good jobs, they must resign and let new face come and take their place....May be they do better jobs?
