I always found it peculiar that they built the national assembly and the buddhist institute practically squished next to each other. i guess this way, it's easier for CPP politicans and corrupt monks to conveniently go gamble, meet their mistresses and racketeer next door after their useless day of work.

A lot of people blame the CPP government for everything, no matter what!
It is always easy to sit down doing nothing and blame the government for all the evils that happen in Cambodia.
There are a lot of good things that happen in Cambodia as well under the CPP, but again a lot of Cambodians outside Cambodia are so obsessed with the Vietnamization of the country than the very people who live here.
I guess those who stay to protect the house can, in the end, be considered less nationalistic than and by those who move to the new houses.
