i think one way to help cambodia to learn from america is to have military exchange program like having cambodia military visit with american military and vice versa. this way khmer military will have an appreciation for american system and way of life, education, training, innovation, expertise, etc, etc, you know! the key is not to isolate and bias with cambodian military, etc, you know. how else will khmer military learn if you keep on isolating khmer and cambodia from the american experts and military installations, etc! sometimes, we learn better by participation and exchange program because we see better and can really appreciate more about america and cambodia. please help cambodia to become a better country, a better people and better educated, etc... thank you and god bless cambodia and all our khmer people and citizens.

The world is watching you. You can't hide for ever especially k5 killing 75.000 people ordered by Vietnam from 1982 1987 just because you want to keep power. Early 1975, Vietnam started killing Khmers from Kg. Cham . Their goals are to eliminate khmer race and to replace vietnameses as they have been doing everyday.
America is not going to do anything to cambodia ruling party or hun sen. Cambodia is too much liability not unless most of the cambodia natural resources is already being harvest and in production and all border disputes are resolved with the neighboring countries, youn, siam and lao. Until then america doesn't want to waste their time and money. America doesn't have much interest in cambodia. America invest more in vietnam, that doesn't mean vietnam government will fall before hun sen's death.
America support thailand for a long time and nothing ever happen to thai dictatorship. The majority of the thai people are still living in poverty and human trafficing, sex industry still continue to exist for a long time and its not going end anytime soon
Ah Hun Sen is a killer during the Khmer rough time and continouse killing khmer people every day. So khmer people no need a leader like this and he have to step down now. we are demaning the chang for cambodian future.

It is better to have the U.S occupied Cambodia than Vietnam.
Every time I see the word Samdach, Samdach Decho, Samdach Dek Choy, Kanduoy Mer Vear...make me furious about Ah Sdach Chkuot Sihanouk who gave that kind of title to the traitors.
Ah Chkuot meets Ah Lob equal Khmer Oss Dey.
Open your one eye, you will see how many Ah Kantorbs inside Cambodia now.
And Ah Sdach Chkuot Sihanouk, open your mouth and say something Ah Choy Maray.
To have one man such AH HUN SEN to rule over Cambodia for a very long time will only make Cambodia go through another revolution!
Revolution in Cambodia is inescapable!
The US is able to do a lot of things for Cambodia and we Cambodian also wanted to have more US supports in all fields. But America did not have much room and freedom to do. America also has a limited possibility (in political and also economical strategies.)
Other countries in this part of the world don't like, the US has too big influences in our country Cambodia. They might accepted the Chinese or Vietnamese but not the US influences.
Big politic change in Cambodia will also hurt and damage the democracy other countries in this area.
We all know, that most of the countries in this area did not have a real democracy, as they always believed.
