Please all my Khmer compatriots around the world, please turn up for the demonstrations in maximum numbers to send a very clear message to the world, esspecially the signatories countries of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia that the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia has never been implemented properly and must be implemented properly now to safeguard the indpendence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Cambodia.

My Khmer compatriots around the world, the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia is the one and only effective instrument to safeguard our very much loved Cambodia from being lost like our beloved Kampuchea Krom.

So ask not what our country can do for us, but do ask what we can do for our beloved country in this critical moment.

Thank you very much.

The call to the proper implementation of the Paris Peace Agreement of 1991 is kind of really too late; it won't change the status-quo. However, it does not hurt to bring Cambodian problems to the forefront again.

The signatories know full well that it was not then implemented properly, but they had no political will to do anything about it back then.

Also since Sihanouk was asking for the formation of a two-headed government to resolve the political deadlock, the signatories got a chance to eat full meals, got praised for their presence then went home without helping to make sure that the dishes had been cleaned properly.

In hindsight, Sihanouk, once again, made a very poor political judgement for Cambodia and her people, but good one for himself and the monarchy just in the same manner as when he made the choice to join the KR.

Also to be blamed are the Cambodians, themselves who gave and continue to give too much credit to him who is simply one man.

Sihanouk still gets such a title as "The King Father" after all of the destruction he helped bring to Cambodia with his political mistakes. He is certainly a very controversial man!

Only in Cambodia, can a man like Sihanouk still be respected as the father of the nation!

Dear compatriots,

This is the most crucial time in our national history. It is our morale obligation to defend our motherland from disappearing from the world map.

The non compliance of the 1991 Paris peace accord has allowed the expansionist Vietnam to destroy at will our natural resource, deepening our people’s suffering. In addition, the massive influx of the Vietnameses into Cambodia has heightened our fear of seeing this phenomenal penetration as the precursor sign that Cambodia will be the second Kampuchea Krom.

So, please join this historical demonstration to show the signatory countries our eagerness to get this 1991 Paris agreement implemented.

We look forward to seeing you there.

I agree with you. I know Ah Sihanouk is the main root of Khmer's pain. I wish he was dead in 1969. Then we might have a different situation now, highly likely a bright one.

Young Khmer people should know Ah Sihanouk's history and called him Ah Sdach Lob, Ah Mer Kbot Cheat Khmer thom Cheang Ker Bangoss!!
