You're my hero brother. You stand up for khmer. the government should
compensation the right amount and
agree by both side.I think that court will kick him around but go for it. The world will be behind you all the way.
You take that land from the people
and make a lot of money from that land. The profeit that you have you has to compensate it with the land owner fairely. If They take
your land in Toul Krasang what will
be? Every body know you Parents didn't own that land before. and why you didn't destoy royal palace
like Beng Kak lake ?that place you can get more money when you development and kick the useless king out.
Here, we are a lot of opportunists surrounding this guy, like disgraced Mu Sochua, a mad dog Rong Chhun...etc SRP and its extreme supporters always brand Cambodian Court is Kangaroo's Court, but I wonder why this guy comes to complain with Kangaroo's Court? It is just wasting time and money for lawyer. However, SRP will use his complaint to exploit it as political gain. This is their main objective.

It is really interesting! Soung Sophorn has said Cambodia is the country respects the rule of law and he believes that Cambodian Court is a neutral Court, will deliver the justice for him, but what the funny is SRP and its supporters always brand the Court is the Kangaroo Court. Moreover, the reason that he was beat up because of he went to protect people in Boeung Kak Lake! So it means he went to obstruct the duty of the Police. That is why the Police had beat him. It seems he desires to be a hero rather than genuine protect the people because we can ask the question that how a guy who can't even able to protect himself and dares to claim that he wants to protect the people in Boeung Kak Lake???

It's not obstruction of police duty as you put it, it's exercising your freedom of speech and helping a fellow khmer citizen. You wouldn't know because you are Youn's slave.

Our hero is Mr. prime minister of Cambodia nowadays. All citizens shouldn't tolerated at the first place thus we're very frusrated what we've gone through in the last 3 decades so everything will move forward. However, we'll take this individual matter immediately.
Most people think that to get University degree in Cambodia is too easy, but I think that to be a hero is also easy. You just go to provoke with authority and let the Police beat you up, then, opposition will promote you to be a hero. How easy is that?
