On 30 October 2011, during the country’s celebration of his 90th birthday anniversary and the 20th anniversary of his homecoming, Hero-king Norodom Sihanouk said that Cambodia is developing more and more strongly because of the ruling by Hun Xen, the government leader, and it cannot go backward, nor can it be broken apart.
The famous Hero-king, father of the nation and of the Cambodian kingdoom, added from the royal tribune: “I warmly praise our Luong (king) who strives to serve the nation which is developing and clean, I warmly praise Samd-ach Hoon Xhen, the prime minister, whose achievements for the nation and the people are innumerable, and they keep on developing for the nation and the people on a daily-basis.”
During the rare meeting was joined by king Sihamoni, the master of our lives, Samd-ach Pong-tea Chak-trey Heng Xamrin, the president of the NatAss, Samd-ach De-chor Hoon Xhen, the government leader, and by princes, excellencies, ok-nhachs, chum-tit eut asso, as well as the madams and government officials of all ranks from all institutions – such as the senate, the NatAss etc… - and 40,000 school children, the hero-king said that Cambodia is united to develop the country and to bring more progress, and in this good unity, Cambodia is progressing in all fields and it is becoming stronger and stronger, and nobody can break it apart.
It should be noted that during this solemn occasion, Samd-ach Akok Moha Thoum Puth-akrok Chea Xim, the president of the senate, was not present and the thief of protocol did not say anything about his absence.
