This PhD Lao Mong Hay could not answer the question directly to the reporter. He said the current government lack of resource to advance Cambodia to Democracy, but he missed the point. Hun Sen is in power for 30 years and why Mong Hay still says Hun Sen lacks the resource.
To me, Hun Sen creates this environment to serve Youn interest. He helps to destroy Khmer society. He doesn't take Paris accord and ignores it.
Is this another RFA's VC element left within RFA? Should we really count on Radio Free Asia (Cambodia)'s leadership, LOL!?
