where is Bun Rany Hun Sen and her "BLOOD RED CROSS"???
This anti Tank mine was planted by Vietnameese troops during the war with the coorlition forces of Cambodia. Cambodian forces knew the places they planted the mines. They are very carrefull about planting the mines in order to make sure that the troops or the tanks will not step or drive on the mines
