Michaela Korb is with the Rotary Club International, Kate MacKintosh worked as an international lawyer for Médecins Sans Frontières for 8 years and Mr. Sia Phearum is the director of Housing Rights Task Force.

This is how the Hun Sen government tortured their own people to death. In comparing Hun Sen to Pol Pot, Hun Sen still kills people but a different kind of killing.
Hun Sen does not care about people, he only cares about how to benefit his own pocket. You can tell by seeing this video. Does he care?
