ថ្ងៃបោះឆ្នោតឃុំសង្កាត់កាន់តែខិតជិតមកដល់ហើយ គឺនៅសល់មិនដល់ ៣ខែ ទៀតនោះទេ។ យើងខ្ញុំ សុំធ្វើ សេចក្តីអំពាវនាវជាថ្មីទៀតដល់អស់លោក លោកស្រី បងប្អូន ដែលជាអ្នកស្រឡាញ់ យុត្តិធម៌សង្គម លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សេរីភាព ទឹកដីកេរដូនតា និងកេរឈ្មោះខ្មែរ ទាំងឡាយ សូមជួយឧបត្ថម្ភដល់គណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី ដែលជា សេចក្តី សង្ឃឹម តែមួយគត់ សំរាប់ ជាតិខ្មែរ ទាំងមូល។

ការកសាងគ្រឹះមូលដ្ឋានលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យដល់ថ្នាក់មូលដ្ឋាន ភូមិ ឃុំ គឺជាអាវុធតែមួយគត់ សំរាប់ គាស់ រំលើង ចោលនូវ របបកុម្មុនីស្ត បែបម៉ាហ្វ្យា ដែលគាំទ្រ ដោយរបប ក្រុងហាណូយ។

សូមអរព្រះគុណ និងអរគុណ យ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ ទុកជាមុន នូវទឹកចិត្ត ស្នេហាជាតិ របស់ ព្រះតេជគុណ និងអស់ លោក ទាំងអស់ គ្នា។

ក្នុងចំណោម ឯកសារងបី ដែលជូន ភ្ជាប់មក ជាមួយសារនេះ គឺមានឯកសារ មួយដែលធ្វើ ឡើង ដោយ អង្គការ យូអ៊ិនឌីភី។ យើងខ្ញុំចង់បង្ហាញថា សន្លឹកឆ្នោតរបស់គណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី គឺកើនជានិច្ច។ ពាក្យចាស់ លោកពោល ថា "តក់ៗពេញបំពង់ សឹមៗកុំបំបោល ក្រែងពុំដល់ដូចប្រាថ្នា"។ ការបោះឆ្នោត ជារឿងតស៊ូ រយៈពេលយូរ តែលទ្ធផល ល្អនឹង មិនរលាយ ទៅវិញ បានឡើយ ។

Chers compatriotes et amis,

Il nous reste moins de 3 mois pour que la 3e élection communale sera bientôt arrivée. Nous vous relançons notre appel pour soutenir financièrement le Parti Sam Rainsy qui est le seul espoir pour la Nation Khmère. Le seul et l'unique réseau des activistes démocratiques et des droits de l'homme au profond du pays qui fera sortir le Cambodge du régime communiste mafieux soutenu par le régime de Hanoï.

Parmi les 3 pièces jointes, il y a une qui est préparée par l'UNDP en 2007 et elle nous montre que les votes pour le PSR ont toujours augmentés.

Il y a un proverbe qui disait "petit à petit, l'oiseau fait son nid." La démocratie n'est pas facile à construire mais le résultat sera pérenne.

Dear compatriots and friends,

We have less than 3 months before the upcoming third commune election. We re-launching our appeal for financial support for the Sam Rainsy Party which represents the only hope for the Khmer Nation. The SRP is the one and only network of democratic activists and human rights that extends deep inside the entire country and it is the only party that will rid Cambodia of the communist mafia regime supported by the Hanoi regime.

Among the three attachments below, you will find one prepared by the UNDP in 2007 which shows that the number of votes received by the SRP is steadily increasing. As the saying goes, "little by little, the bird builds its nest," democracy is not easy to build, but its results will last forever.
