Demand for correction
The title “Meeting with Khmer People Power Movement” of the video attached below is WRONG.
We, the two persons who read the petition in the video below, are informing the public that, as representatives of the demonstrators, we are reading this petition sent to Mr. Ban Ki-moon, the UN Secretary-general during the 20th anniversary of the 23 October 1991 Paris Peace Agreements on Cambodia. The demonstration took place in the afternoon of 23 October 2011 at the Trocadero Plaza in Paris where the Khmer People Power Movement was conspicuously ABSENT. Both of us are NOT members of the Khmer People Power Movement and we never participate in any meeting organized by this group.
Therefore, the title of the video attached is ERRONEOUS and it could be used by a group for their personal gain.

It appears that the Khmer People Power Movement of Mr. Sourn Serey Ratha was taking advatage of this demonstration. Obviously their members were there as can be seen by the Khmer Republic flag.
One can see in the background that there were many people holding flags of Cambodia, one belonging to the Kingdom of Cambodia and the other belonging to the Khmer Republic. Not all who held the flag of the Khmer Republic belong to the Khmer Republic group of Mr. Sourn.
Some people who were holding the Khmer Republic flag were not even aware that they were holding such a flag. To them, both flags represent resistance to Vietnamese domination and aggression of Cambodia. Of course, one would not hold the flag of Democratic Kampuchea which also represents resitance to Vietnamese control over Cambodia.
The lady who was being interviewed, while holding the Khmer Republic flag, made it very clear that she did not belong to the Khmer People Power Movement or any political group as suggested indirectly by the interviewer. She represents nobody but a Khmer citizen who cares for the future of Cambodia.
It is obvious that there are people of different political tendencies mixed up together with those who belong to no political parties and all share the same goal of appealing to the UN to intervene for the respect of the Paris Peace Accord of 1991.
Politicians are good at exploiting such an event; it is good that the 2 demonstrators who wrote this clarification took time to do so.
It shows the maturity of thought development on the part of Cambodian people and let us hope that with time any Cambodian leader will have to deal with good, responsible and informed Cambodian citizens if they want the chair of the government!

Soun Sarei Ratha is Khmer divider along with Meach Sovannara, The Khmer Post Radio News. I Knew this two heads only have been in US about three years ago at about the same time. Perhaps, Hun Sen might sent them here as spy and as propagandist (Meach Sovannara) and divider (Soun Sarei Ratha).
When you really listen to them you know what I mean. They are not true independent broadcaster as they claim.
There's a different when you are truelly nuetral or pretend to be nuetral. I think they pretend to be....
Their Jobs are to target to divide and/or take over Temples, Businesses, Communities, Party and send back informations to Hun Sen HQs in Pnom Penh.
