លោក សុខ ទូច បណ្ឌិតវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ ពន្យល់ថា ផ្អែកតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ អ្នកដែលត្រូវបានតុលាការរកឃើញថា មានទោស គឺអាចប្រឈមចំពោះមុខច្បាប់ ដូចជា ត្រូវជាប់ឃុំ ឬលិខិតបទដ្ឋាននានា ត្រូវបានរឹបអូស ក្នុងនោះដោយរួមទាំងលិខិតការទូតជាដើម។

Sam Rainsy's Father (Sam Sary) was not a traitor. He was an anti_Sihanouk or anti-Communist known as Khmer Serei.
Sam Sar's death was unknown, but sources only thought that Sam Sary may be assassinated by either CIA and Sihanouk. It was a very crucial time when the US determined to stop Sihanouk from siding with the Communists. May be Sihanouk fooled the US, he may had said "Kill Sam Sary I'll side with you, etc.." Who knows?
Sam Sary renounced Sihanouk so fast without learning or understanding the geopolitics properly, that led to his assassination by may CIA and Sihanouk.
Sam Rainsy, may have seen/learned from his Father's fate, he is careful.
Educated yourself by searching and reading about the previous politicians of Cambodia from best sources not by hearsay or by hate because you are making money through the corruption party CPP created by Vietnamese Communist controlled by Vietnamese Communist.

Hor Nam Hong threatened Sam Rainsy again? This Yuon old man Hor lost his case in French court, not he keeps trying to find another way to destroy Rainsy.
Understandable that a man like Rainsy who defends his territory from Yuon invaders is condemned by Yuon/CPP, whereas the men who sold Khmer land to Yuon are free to destroy and to stay in power.
What is wrong with this region Cambodia and Vietnam? Because smart/intelligent Khmers like Sam Rainsy cannot be used by Yuon only the uneducated men like Hun Sen, can be.
you know, people like the opposition who don't trust the law, who whine, etc are the worst one in terms of corruption because their bad attitude says it all that they don't trust the law this or that, thus, they become unruly and do things against the existing law. so, sooner or later, they will get themselves into trouble; the same of unruly people anywhere, not just in cambodia, they don't trust the existing law, thus they tend to do things unlawful that can get them in trouble; that's how i see those opposition people, you know. you can say cambodia need them, but also cambodia don't really want them. who wants the trouble-makers, really!
i think sam rainsy is the prisoner of his own attitude, his personal choice, so stop blaming on other people, really! i mean, people can see he likes to run away and hide overseas and using lame excuses in the name of his political exploitation that nobody cares anymore. he failed to see that cambodia has come a long way since once upon a time, really. i don't know about using too much of that term "youn" as one of his dirty political exploitation or poor judgment on his part. i mean, most people aren't stupid, they can see for themselves what is good and what is bad, really. so, stop looking down or insulting or bashiing cambodia for a change, ok. there are more to cambodia than you and i, really. instead, time to adopt newer, better political strategies and stop being outdated or behind time. the world is moving at a break neck speed, so should cambodia in a way, really. otherwise, cambodia will be lonely being stuck in the stone age mental. i'm sure, majority of cambodian people do not favor that primitive way by ourselves while the rest of the world modernizing and developing, etc, etc, you know. i think cambodia should play catching up with the rest of the prosperous, developed world out there, really. of course, like all things in life, it takes time, but by all mean, cambodia must look forward into a better future, and minimize looking backward too much, ok!
