លោក អ៊ឹម សួស្តី ប្រធាន គ.ជ.ប. បានប្រកាសក្នុងសន្និសីទកាសែត ជាចំហ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រនេះ ដោយសំដៅលើលោកសមរង្ស៊ី ប្រធានគណបក្សប្រឆាំង ដែលកំពុងនិរទ្ទេសខ្លួននៅក្រៅប្រទេស និងត្រូវតុលាការកាត់ទោសកំបាំងមុខ ដាក់ពន្ធនាគារ ថាលោកនឹងមិនមានសិទ្ធិឈរឈ្មោះបោះឆ្នោតតំណាងរាស្ត្រ នៅឆ្នាំ២០១៣ឡើយ។ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ត្រូវបានជាប់ឈ្មោះជាទណ្ឌិត បន្ទាប់ពីមានសាលក្រមស្ថាពររបស់តុលាការកំពូល ទាក់ទងទៅនឹងការដកតម្រុយបង្គោលព្រំដែន នៅស្រុកចន្ទ្រា ខេត្តស្វាយរៀងកាលពីចុងឆ្នាំ២០០៩។
ប្រធានគ.ជ.ប. លោក អ៊ឹម សួស្តី បានលើកឡើងថា តាមច្បាប់ បុគ្គលដែលជាប់ឈ្មោះជាទណ្ឌិត ដោយអំណាចសាលក្រមតុលាការ ចូលជាស្ថាពររួចហើយនោះ ពុំមានសិទ្ធិបោះឆ្នោត និងមិនមានសិទ្ធិឈរឈ្មោះឲ្យគេបោះឆ្នោតឡើយ។ ករណីនេះ គេសំដៅដល់លោកសមរង្ស៊ី ប្រធានគណបក្សប្រឆាំង នៅកម្ពុជា ដែលកំពុងនិរទ្ទេសខ្លួន នៅក្រៅប្រទេស គេចចេញពីការផ្តន្ទាទោសកំបាំងមុខ ក្នុងដកតម្រុយបង្គោលព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម កាលពីចុងឆ្នាំ២០០៩។ ក្នុងសន្និសីទកាសែត នៅព្រឹកមិញ លោក អ៊ឹម សួស្ដី បានឆ្លើយតបនឹងសំណួររបស់អ្នកកាសែត ដោយពន្យល់ពីច្បាប់ទូទៅ មិនចេញឈ្មោះលោកសមរង្ស៊ីឡើយ។
ចំពោះការបន្តឃោសនា និងធ្វើនយោបាយពីក្រៅប្រទេសរបស់លោកសមរង្ស៊ី ត្រូវបានលោក អ៊ឹម សួស្តី លើកឡើងថា គ.ជ.ប នឹងពិនិត្យលើច្បាប់ឡើងវិញ ពីព្រោះថា នៅក្នុងច្បាប់គ្រប់គ្រងគណបក្សនយោបាយ និងច្បាប់បោះឆ្នោត មិនបានលើកឡើង។ ករណីលោកសមរង្ស៊ី ជាករណីមួយ ដែលទើបនឹងកើតមាន។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ប្រធានគណបក្សប្រឆាំង កំពុងនិរទ្ទេសខ្លួននៅក្រៅប្រទេស។ តុលាការ បានផ្ដន្ទាទោសកំបាំងមុខលោកដាក់ពន្ធនាគារសរុបជាង ១០ ឆ្នាំ លើសំណុំរឿងជាច្រើនពាក់ព័ន្ធព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម។ ក្នុងសន្និសីទកាសែត នៅព្រឹកមិញ គ.ជ.ប. ក៏បានប្រកាសពីការចុះឈ្មោះអ្នកបោះឆ្នោតថ្មី ដែលនឹងត្រូវធ្វើឡើង រយៈពេល ៤២ ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១កញ្ញា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១២តុលា។ បញ្ជីបោះឆ្នោតថ្មីនេះ នឹងត្រូវប្រើប្រាស់សម្រាប់ការបោះឆ្នោតតំណាងរាស្ត្រ ឬការបោះឆ្នោតរដ្ឋសភា នាថ្ងៃទី២៨កក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០១៣។
គ.ជ.ប. ក៏បានប្រកាសពីចំនួនអាសនៈរដ្ឋសភា អាណត្តិទី៥ ដែលត្រូវបោះឆ្នោត នៅឆ្នាំ២០១៣ មានចំនួន ១២៣ រូប ដូចអាណត្តិទី៣ និងទី៤៕

If the NEC's goal will be successful, then Kong Korm, Kem Sokha and Pen Sovann will be be the leader against Hanoi's tricks, you can ban MR Sam Rainsy but you can't stop x-Khmer nationalists and x-Sam Rainsy young generation. Why?

Chicken Rainsy has to return to Cambodia to sweat & bleed like a real leader if he even wants to officially run for any post. Don't sit in the comfort of your room some where else in the world and expect others to risk their lives campaigning for you in Cambodia!

How can you expect him to go back to the country that run by the dictator who's sits above the law? You must be a fool! Just think about border post, why use 1949 map against S. Rainsty and use 1907 map against Thailand? Be more wise next time,and learn about history!

@ 5:35 AM, First, whether Cambodians are willing or able to change leaders has little to do with Rainsy be able to run or not because he is not the only viable alternative to Hun Sen.
Second, you said that only a fool expects Rainsy to be in the country because of the dictatorship there, then that also means no one but fools should stand up against Hun Sen's regime, right? Ok, then let the fools risk their lives and fight and run for offices in Cambodia, and the smart Rainsy should shut the fuck up and sit tight on his couch as a refugee elsewhere! Leaders lead by example of courage, like Gandhi, Suu Kyi, etc.

S. Rainsy never can shut the fuck up as long there's dictator in the country who dictate everything and control all aspect of lfe. Infact, he doesn't needs to be there as long as people vote for him, it's done deal. Nobody told you not run as the leader, but you were talked about S. Rainsy wasn't brave enough to face Hun Sen. If you are against this dictator, you either in jail or you be dead, because he doesn't give a shit exept China and Vietcong. Now, is it fair for him to be there or you just jealouse?
scam rainsy is another story, i.e. he's too stupid to be competent and effective, and he likes living in the dark hole called ignorance, you know. people stop believe in him by now, you know. it's his stupid and his lack of life experience and lack of charisma; in other words, he's lack the leadership ability, some people just don't born with that gift as leader, i mean you have to be educated to be a good leader, this guy lacks that credential, you know, that's why he's incompetent and ineffective, you know. well, that's to bad for a self-proclaimed leader. he's the leader of himself, not the leader of cambodia, you know. cambodia leaders are supposed to be smarter, wiser, enlightened, educated, reformed, clever, charismatic, talented, and all that good qualities. well, can't say the same for scam rainsy, really!
