Is this a real letter from heng samrin to hun sen? After cambodia ceded his birth village to vietnam, he still concern about hun sen taking q&a from the opposition parties regarding the cambodia vietnam border? What a joke?!

I still don't believe on this letter, this only the letter that CPP create for destroy the sound of democracy, so KI should be careful all the letters that publish to the reader. It can be bad impact to the opposite party and also your web. Some people will be not believe on the opposite group because they think this group like to show some information that untrue.
We must spread the word in khmer,so all our khmer people understand it in khmer not in english.
