Thank god, we are now free from this evil khmers killer. He is not a god-kingta, but a murderer. Because of him 3million innocents dead including 20 of my relatives. So, to hell son of an evil man!, we are freeeeeee forever. He doesn't deserve such respect, but doing so, is to collect more donated the Hun dynasty to gain more power to continue to corrupt, to rob and steal from the poor for the VC to continue to protect him and his clan like as always. It's absolutely right, the CPP Hanoi dogs never care about Khmer wellbeing but themselves. While many Khmer people are suffering with sickness, hunger and land grabbing, the government and royal family lavish the funeral to display their fake image.
Little by little the poor have enough of mistreatment and will stand up for their rights. Will they survive for the civil unrest while they are unjustly keep taking and taking?

His majesty the King Ta Lout cannot do nothing he had to support the winner North Vietnam not the loser South Vietnam. King Ta Lout policy want to be a neutral but American and Soviet did not allow that why he choose Khmer instead of American and Soviet. Khmer mean in those days must survive between those two storms.
The minority of Khmer Rough, Khmer Republican, Khmer Communist Max Lenin, Khmer Thai, Khmer Youn, Khmer all other ideology were not big issue because most of Khmer behind Kind Ta Lout policy anyway but King Ta knew that the country just got independent so the youth and intellectual were flourish so they want this and that they have all sort of ideas, they want to follow American model, Communist model, neutralist model, democracy model so King Ta Lout offered alternative model was neutral democracy, everyone can challenge everyone by gradually learn how to use ballot box instead of war.
King Ta Lout did not killed intellectual instead he gave so many scholarship to a lot of poor Cambodian to have better education in French, USA, German but those people ate the head of their owner anyway.
By contrast Lon Nol was uneducated, not a politician, poor health and corrupt mind, no clear policy and try to wipe out Vietnamese in three day in Cambodia instead he wipe out 500, 000 Khmer and let Pol Pot finish 2.5 million while he enjoy peaceful beach front house at Hawaii. Lon Nol regime exiled and killed his opponent too, he created Happee gangster to terrorise the population that why the regime had no support and almost forgotten and only a few opportunist that still support his regime. All infrastructure created by King Ta Lout were destroyed by Lon Nol and finish it off by Pol Pot and Hun Sen.
I knew like many other Khmer family and your family got killed by the event but it did not blind you from the true, you have to learn how accept the Karma that you created and learn how to respect 14.5 million Cambodian are mourning the King Ta Lout and they are got respect from King Ta Lout in return as well.

norm knea ckout moy norkor. Respect the killer and the murderer. What you mentioned above was the opposite way. Sihanouk chose to help vietcong over his own people. Lon Nol soldiers caught a lot of vietcong inside Cambodia and sihanouk let them go free. How can you say to me. Sihanouk could not handle the situation and dropped the messes to Lon Nol to take care and ran away with his vietcong Monique and his sons. He had about 50 suitcases on his departure . It was unusual that he never had before. He knew he did not come back. There are a lot of witnesses and proves about his betrayals. He was a flip flop king , had no political skill, incapable to lead the country, put the country down not on the top of his head. Sihanouk lied to the khmer people and the world that Cambodia was an independence state but behind closed door Sihanouk made commitment with vietcong hanoi and China and kicked American out of the country. Finally 3 million khmer got killed by the vietcong disguised as khmer rouge. Shame on you if you live in the USA.

Your points can only raise with the CPP and the pathetic mourners at the funeral. Do not count 14.5 millions Khmer people as the number of Cambodian population in reality is nowhere near this. And you must be reminded that not every Khmer come to join the funeral, this forum can do math and analyze facts.
If you make a living out of this job to write such rubbish, you have to work harder to challenge with the competent brain otherwise you lose your job very soon.

Le roi Ta Lout n'a pas tué intellectuelle au contraire, il a donné un si grand nombre de bourses d'études à de nombreux cambodgiens pauvres pour avoir une meilleure éducation en français, Etats-Unis, l'allemand, mais ces gens ont mangé la tête de leur propriétaire en tout cas.
Par contre Lon Nol était inculte, pas un politicien, une mauvaise santé et de l'esprit corrompu, pas de politique claire et d'essayer d'effacer vietnamienne dans trois jours au Cambodge au contraire, il effacer 500, 000 rouges et soit Pol Pot finition 2,5 millions et il jouir pacifique Maison face à la plage à Hawaii. Régime de Lon Nol en exil et tué son adversaire aussi, il a créé gangster Happee pour terroriser la population pour ça que le régime n'avait pas de soutien et presque oublié et seul un petit nombre opportuniste qui continuent de soutenir son régime.
