I think that what it means. We have to see the original text in French because the book is written in French and perhaps those smart translators just shove those words (from Chuon Nath's Dictionary and what not) back at our throat, the not-so-smart reader like you and I or just to show off how much they know Khmer's language.And yes, they are nutcase!

Why don’t they use the word “pha’os tang”, so that everybody is able to understand it? But instead they show off with a fancy word from the dead language of Sanskrit, ទឡ្ហីករណ៍.
Sometimes things are simple, but a few Khmer like to complicate them beyond recognition, “sam nham”.

Well, it's just one problem - there is nothing for Khmer in there...
Of course there is no Khmer in there.
And hopefully you are smart enough to know why.
This is what the outsiders wanted us to do. To continue to fight each other until we are finished (killing two birds with one stone). A Pi and a Mike is one of their agents, his job is to make 'khmers kill khmers'.
But in the end, everyone knows who they are, as 'the truth will always be the truth.. you can run but you can't hide..justice will be done one earth and in heaven'. PM and OP leaders should think carefully about how to work together as a team and try not to listen to no one. The truth is, both PM and OP have done alot of good jobs for our nation too but lack of communication skills, that is all.
Well, we need to learn from past mistakes and avoid future ones to ever happen again. In the past, we listent to outsiders like VC, Chinese, US, French, USSR etc. So, in the future, we shouldl not, but to our fellow khmer citizens only!. We need to unite our nation and say to the outsiders 'enough is enough!'.
We must introduce a new law on how to practice effectively, e.g. 'focusing on the job, not personal issue'. A nominated person should be held accountable for their own action e,g why hasn't the road been fixed or why isn't enough schools in town or why rubbish everywhere? etc
People should be paid based on job being done and no other excuses because life is not about you or me, it is about 'us and our future generations', we need to focus on, how are we going to improve the way we live our lives? with the rule of law, it should be able to protect everyone equally within the system (no one is above the law) e.g the law says to 'love one another' ( no gossip or bad mouth, no discrimination whatsoever), other than that, they should be locked up or charged (give zero tolerant to bullying).
In addition, we need to learn to divide jobs evently to help in the development of our country and nation. Otherwise, we wll be enslaved to our neighbouring countries forever and ever, in which, we cannot afford that. So, please don't let outsiders fool us no more and say, 'enough is enough'. From here, we need to show to the world that we are a strong nation too and off course, together, we can stand up tall and look up high too.
Here comes the saboteur to distract our constructive discussions.

You constructive discussions is to benefit the fk VC and I will not tolerate that. Your VC gang is responsible for killing my people, including members of my family. Therefore, I will continue to fight for their rights, as well as, the rights of the livings. Because the truth will always be the truth, you can run but you can't hide. The righteous will live forever and the wicked will be doomed, so might as well do good.
It time for the world to know the truth, for the truth will set us free. VC is very good at betraying and deceiving people from across the globe. They would do anything to gain and expand in their territory and they think about the consequences as long as they win that is all. But God said 'no one can get away from any injustice that they have committed' or 'justice will be done on earth and in heaven' , so might as well do good.
Morality, loyalty, truthfull, and kindness is the only answer to eternal life. Other than that, you are as good as nothing, like a scumbag with no dignity, no value and no pride whatsoever.
