ភ្នំពេញៈ មន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាលកំពូលៗ សរុបចំនួន ១១នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានទាំងលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ផងដែរ ត្រូវបានព្រះមហាក្សត្រកម្ពុជា ត្រាស់បង្គាប់ឲ្យចូលនិវត្តន៍ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌមុខងារសាធារណៈចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១១តទៅ ដោយរក្សាតែតួនាទីផ្នែកនយោបាយតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
នៅក្នុងព្រះរាជក្រឹត្យឡាយព្រះហស្តលេខា និងព្រះរាជលញ្ជករដោយព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ព្រះបាទសម្តេចព្រះបរមនាថ នរោត្តម សីហមុនី កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែសីហា បានឲ្យដឹងថា ព្រះអង្គបានត្រាស់បង្គាប់ដាក់មន្ត្រីរដ្ឋបាលជាន់ចំនួន ១១រូប ឲ្យចូលនិវត្តន៍ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌមុខងារសាធារណៈចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១១ ដោយរក្សាមុខតំណែងនយោបាយនៅដដែលរហូតមានការសម្រេចជាថ្មីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
មន្ត្រីរាជការថ្នាក់ខ្ពស់ចំនួន ១១រូប ដែលត្រូវបានត្រាស់បង្គាប់ឲ្យចូលនិវត្តន៍ក្នុងរាជក្រឹត្យនោះ រួមមានលោកនាយរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន មន្ត្រីគ្រប់គ្រងរដ្ឋបាល លោក ស ខេង មន្ត្រីរដ្ឋបាលជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ, លោក សុខ អាន, លោក សាយ ឈុំ, លោក ប៊ិន ឈិន, លោក ញឹម វណ្ណដា, លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង, លោក អៀង មូលី, លោក មិន ឃិន, លោកជំទាវ សោម គឹមសួគ៌ និងលោក អង្គវង្ស វឌ្ឍនា សុទ្ធជាមន្ត្រីគ្រប់គ្រងរដ្ឋបាល។

11 top govt officials, including Hun Xen, have been ordered by the king to retire from their public function starting 01 August 2011, and they will only keep their political duty.
In a royal decree signed by King Sihamoni on 20 August 2011, the king ordered 11 top ranking government officials to retire from their public duty starting 01 August 2011, and they are to preserve their political duties until a new decision will be made by the government.
The 11 high-ranking officials targeted in the royal decree include PM Hun Xen, the administrator of the executive banch, Sar Kheng, the highest ranking official at the ministry of Interior, Sok An, Say Chhum, Bin Chhin, Nhim Vannda, Var Kim Hong, Ieng Mouly, Min Khin, Chumteav Som Kim Suor and Ang Vong Vathana, all of them are government administrators.
