King Norodom Sihamoni called on all Cambodian people to get out and vote, and they should not be worried about pressures, or threats, or intimidations from anybody or any political parties. In a message dated 24 March 2007, the King said: “As the commune election data is fast approaching, I am calling all our Compatriots not to be worried about the pressures, the threats, or the intimidations made by anyone, or any political parties. The 01 April 2007 election will be conducted with secret ballot, and under democratic process. Therefore, please make use of you own rights by freely voting your personal conscience to a candidate of any political party.”

King Norodom Sihamoni has violated the CPP's rules. The CPP had never intend for him to talk. They just wanted to crown him as King that's all. The CPP will file a law suit against King Norodom Sihanouk for talking. To avoid this law suit, the King Norodom Sihamoni has to write a letter to CPP to plead for his unintentional act.
King Sihamoni understood his people's feeling.

HM is not a pupet king; soon HM will be the pupet Master. let Him have time to soak up a bit. The King is brilliant-minded, He knows the Monarchy is not only a Khmer civicization symbol, it is and must be relevant to the people.
It's His first score in the 3rd set of the 5 sets game. Nevertheless, it's His first proper action to take and it must be praised to encourage Him to do more.
This sound a great voice from the King. He must be neutral and humble to all people and political parties.
His appealing, must be broadcasted again and again the Cambodian media. To do this, our King can gain some credibility and people feel comfortable, and have self-determination or self-decision to votes for their future.
The future of Cambodia can be good only if the people change their leader. The votes are important to change leader, change leader mean we can change our life from poverty to properity, from fear to self-confident..etc
Come and vote for the change...being a change so that we can survive!

To All Cambodians,
It is good that the King has said so (no intimidation, No Threats, No Pressures. But The King is intimidated, threatened and pressured by CPP-Hun Sen to say so.Just turning black to white.
That's enough.
The king should be neutral and leave the politic to politicians in the real democracy. But our country is governed by former khmer rouge HUN XEN who continue to kill people, so the king must have his say if he love his country.
