SRP MP Mu Sochua said that she could face immunity stripping, followed by her arrest because she dares sue PM Hun Sen.
Kampot province MP Mu Sochua made this declaration after the [pro-CPP] CTN channel announced last night that government lawyers will counter-sue her back regarding her defamation lawsuit.
Mrs. Mu Sochua said that she has no worry even after receiving the news that Hun Sen will sue her back.
Mrs. Mu Sochua sadi: “I have nothing to be scared about. Quite to the contrary, I want to see justice. I am a victim twice in this case, my rights are violated twice: first, during the election campaign and my case in the court did not reach a conclusion yet, and now come this second case. I am maintaining that Mr. Hun Sen, whom I am suing, defamed me and there are sufficient proofs to that effect.”
Mrs. Mu Sochua is currently suing Hun Sen, asking for 500 riels ($0.13) in compensation because the latter defamed her during a speech where he did not name her directly. In that speech, Hun Sen said that there was a MP who, during the election, lost a button on her blouse by herself, but she accused others of attacking her instead.

How would you sue someone for defamation when your case don't have substantial evidence as to who the prime minister was referring to? You can claim all you want that his reference was you, but until you have a solid case, your case is just as good as the woman you really are--trash.
Get over it already, most women only bleed 5 days a month, you have been having yours for the past year!

Hun Sen is the real king of Cambodia ( not Sihamony ,nor Sihanouk )and he is untouchable.

why not just insult the man himself and leave his family out of it? His daughters and grandchildren and such are of no guilt to anyone. leave them alone you ruthless fuck.
An egg never stronger than a stone, however it can be a piece of anti-abusive elimination for a powerful man and a lesson learn for him to be an behave politic leader of the country.
This is what is going to happen. Mu Sochua will be threatened by an arrest. Her immunity will be stripped. She will quietly leave or run from the country. hun sen will make her beg for forgiveness in public in order for her to come back to Cambodia. There were several scenarios like this prior to this ordeal like Sam Rainsy, Cheam Channy, Ranharid and so on. SRP needs to learn that by using this kind of meaningless tactics result in a lost. Usually the outcome is an apology in degrace and a lost of confidence from supporters. Know your enemy! He is too strong for this kind of tactic. Use other tactics against their weakness. Take time to understand your enemy's weakness. The ccp's weakness is money and power, weak nationalism(youn puppet). The SRP's strength is nationalism. Focus on bring Khmers that love their country together to fight against the ccp. Stop wasting your supporters'money on meaningless election in the villages, districts, etc. The international organizations(IRI, NDI) guarded the SRP to waste their time and resources. The ccp is happy to see how blind the SRP is. That's why they allow the SRP to hold elections, meetings, etc. The supporters' money needs to be used on building clinics, schools, look for investors to build jobs, factories in remote areas, irrigation, computers, employ doctors to take care of the sick, employ great teachers and technicals expertise to teach the supporters' children for a better future. Show the people that you will ease their hardship from everyday struggle. This is how you win the people. Then, you will win over your enemy.
