TO ALL SRP LEADERS, MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS

I have the honor to announce to all that, in accordance with our Buddhist traditions, SRP leaders in Cambodia are organizing a Bonn Kathen Tean to Wat Ang Romdenh located in Phum Koh Kban Kandal, Khum Samraong, Srok Chantrea, Khet Svay Rieng, on October 24-25, 2009. The derelict pagoda is located on the border with Vietnam where it is the last Cambodian outpost. Please see the attached invitation and program.

I invite all SRP leaders, members and supporters living overseas who cannot physically join us, to take part in spirit in this Buddhist ceremony. Your religious and patriotic donations are needed and appreciated as they will help the monks and faithful of Wat Ang Romdenh to build a decent Preah Vihear and to improve their dire living conditions. In advance, I thank you for your kind contributions and may you richly receive the traditional Buddhist blessings.

Sam Rainsy

Since yuons/ho applied its neo expansionist and genocidal policy against Khmer people in 1930, yuons use religions, whether Buddhism or Christianism, as arm to kill and destroy Khmer society to serve its policy. Actually in Cambodia there are two kinds of monks and pagodas, those of yuon/cpp and those of Khmer. The first ones are expanded in amount, well organized, rich and well recognized by cpp/yuons while there other ones are much poor, poor organized and poor represented in society. They are often victims of the first group for some reasons .

Use your brain. Whatever religion or whomever you believe, don’t leave these assassins use it against yours and yourself

True patriots know Khmer although cambgodge did not need the 2nd Preas Vihear with Vietnam. Find acceptable solution to Cambodia in the first Preas Vihear with Thailand is already very good. Because with the 1st Preas Vihear with thailand cambodia has great difficulty to ensure respect its sovereignty by the thailand. Create 2nd Preas Vihear with Vietnam under current conditions is cause political destabilization of Cambodia, and political suicide, or civil war.

Because Cambodia does not have the human and military resources to wage war simultaneously against Thailand and Vietnam even with the help of Americans.

Create a 2nd Preas Vihear with Vietnam or another war with Vietnam, we suggest we wait for the arrival in power of Sam Raisny to do because it will be better, as it will be supported by him completely. When Sam Rainsy Party is in power we're going to hunt Vietnamese living in Cambodia as in 1970 with Lon Nol.

Then we will attack the military thailand.

May God protect us for our military expeditions against Thailand and Vietnam!

The best time to create the 2nd Preas Vihear with Vietnam is when the Sam Rainsy Party came to power.
