Representatives of the Cambodian government border committee led by sVar Kim Hong came to answer the National Assembly which gathered with a 100% quorum required. However, during the two-hour sessions, none of sVar Kim Hong’s comments matched the questions raised by SRP MP Son Chhay. None of the seven questions raised by Son Chhay were given direct answers by sVar Kim Hong, instead the latter used the National Assembly floor to denigrate those who questioned him and the opposition party in particular. Son Chhay reacted by demanding that sVar Kim Hong provides direct answers to his questions, however, Heng Xamrin, the CPP president of the National Assembly and the former puppet of the Vietnamese government, threatened Son Chhay by banging his gavel on the table and by turning off the microphone during Son Chhay’s question time.

Any comments, debates regarding the government's actions and political, administrative and governing activities must be assured by the House with transparency and accountability.
We voted for all of you to seat in the Parliment House in order to serve for us - not to serve for any others who are non-Khmer citizen and for the interest of other people..!
I strongly suggest that the three top institutions (legislative, executive and judicial bodies) must assure and work for the interest of Khmer people and for the sake of Khmer Nation. The borderland is the soul of Khmer people. If we lost our soul, we lost our identity. We must protect and maintain our land (183,035km2) as our ancestors left for us many decades if not century by now. Can the executive and legislative tells people, please?
Any change of land/border size must be accountable by the existing constitutions.

This what I have heard and seen:
1-Every time any MP saked a government representant to explain a case, the CPP dominated government always took that opportunity to write down pages of documents to explain their good works convincing people to believe. The govmt.representing took time to read the report that cover up the whole limitted planed time allow in the assembly, and the MP questioning never ever had time to ask any question.
2-That what was happened in the case of MP Son Chai and Var Kim Hong. While MP Son Chhai can not stand to just listen to the reading and ask for direct answer from Var Kim Hong, depending on the National Assembly internal rule, he must have permission from the President of the NA. When MP Son Chhai stood up to talk, Heng Samrin said : "No permission"!". What Var Kim Hong did was not fair, but communist always know what to do according to procedure. But what MP Son Chhai did was illegal according to NA internal rules and regulation.
Foalks ! Don't accuse me to take side, but since we nationalists did not understand the communist tricts, we always falled to their traps.
CPP is just learned all those things from thair VN boss ! And it works very good !
