What a pity, this is the first time I saw her official message to Khmer women. There are more flattering messages to Hun Sen and Bun Rany and bragging about what they have been doing, rather empowering women on this International Women Day. This is a real exploitation of this occasion to suck up to HS & wife and the CPP. Monique, you have been useless to Khmer people as always, and a real shame to all women in the world to see you pathetic action towards a good cause.
